   Very Disappointed with Pricing, Finish, and Poor Communication I recently bought my kitchen through Howdens, and sadly, the experience has been very disappointing from start to finish. Everything started off well — the designer came out to measure up, I chose my kitchen design, colours, and appliances, and I was given a price that I agreed to. However, when I went back to finalise everything, the price had suddenly gone up by nearly £180 with no explanation. There were no changes, no added cupboards or appliances — nothing to justify the increase. When I queried it in the branch, I was told they’d look into it and get back to me, but no one ever did. To make matters worse, the splashback that was fitted only goes about three-quarters of the way up the wall, stopping short of the extractor fan. The original plans clearly showed it running all the way up for a complete finish, so I was really disappointed to see it done differently. I was also told that the skeleton unit frames between the oven and microwave wouldn’t be visible, but there are now large visible gaps that make the whole area look unfinished and not as agreed. I tried calling the branch to discuss these issues, and each time I was told someone would call me back — but I never received a call. It’s been days with no response. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication, the unexplained price increase, and the poor attention to detail in the finish. I expected much better service, transparency, and professionalism from Howdens, especially given the cost of the kitchen.

   We had quotes and plans from two other high street providers and one bespoke provider. Then we went to Howdens. The staff were the best, they listened to what we wanted and provided it!! They were so helpful and friendly without being pushy. Thanx to Stuart and the staff for our fabulous kitchen. Soft close doors and drawers as standard, lovely internal cupboards. Gorgeous pantry with lighting. We are so chuffed. I would definitely recommend Howdens. The cherry on the cake was the price. Howdens were literally £000's less than than other providers. Delivery was as planned. Amazing service!!

   Excellent experience using Howdens St.Helens my tumble dryer I bought was broken one simple phone call they delivered another dryer and collect the other one. And apologies the community was amazing and fitted around myself for delivery. Can’t thank you enough. Very impressed.

   Customer service from this company is appalling Questioning my reasons for things and asking very rude questions which has no business of there's to know. If it wasn't for already having my kitchen from this place I wouldn't be dealing with them. Customer service needs to be a lot better.
