Able to buy a perfect pair of shoes , just what I wanted and comfortable. Probably the most expensive pair of shoesI have bought but worth it. Lovely shop and helpful assistant.
I paid £250 for Emilie boots, wore them once for a short time, and the sole was already visibly damaged. The bottom also left black residue all over my hands. This is unacceptable for footwear at this price. Customer service claimed this was “natural dyed leather” reacting to light moisture and that the colour transfer is “normal.” That explanation is nonsense. Boots that can’t handle a single wear or minimal humidity are simply not fit for purpose. Instead of addressing the issue, they suggested I spend more money on protective pads. I shouldn’t have to repair brand-new boots just to make them usable. Extremely disappointing quality and a dismissive response.
I purchased my first pair of bobbies boots and collected them yesterday. I’m not sure how I feel about them, as I would normally expect this level of wrinkling in the leather only after 2–3 uses. However, this is how my new pair arrived. I don’t think this reflects the standard of quality expected for a new pair of boots, as they appear somewhat worn and the structure doesn’t match the smooth appearance shown in the images on your website. I have already requested an image assessment but haven’t received any response yet… Fairly disappointed tbh for £300 plus boots :(
I bought the Angelina sandals online for my wedding and they fit wonderfully! They are so comfortable and I really recommend them if you have wider feet. I can't wait to wear them again and I'd shop from this brand any time, they have some beautiful shoes!

I went there with my Bobbies boots to get the correct polish colour, Yolsé took the time to advise me on how to look after my boots and he even polished my boots with some neutral wax. They now look brand new again, he did an amazing job. I even got some new shoe laces for free. Now that's what I call customer service. I definitely recommend this brand.
Really helpful sales staff today. It was very strange because I tried on 3 colours in the same shoe in the same size, and while one fit, two were falling off my feet. Manufacturing issue, clearly, but the sales associate brought me different sizes in different colours and i ended up buying 2 pairs - a black one in 40 and a mink coloured one in 39!
Such a perfect visit to the shop! Walked out wearing light and comfortable boots! Wonderful helpful kind staff! I know where I’m buying my boots, runners and shoes from now on!
