“Lenny is an absolute legend at sports massages. I had heard of sports massages but I’ve never really understood the need but now I fully understand how incredible they are for any injuries or pain you may be suffering. But I badly injured my neck and was struggling with pain and moving my head to the right. after just one hour session with Lenny I noticed a huge improvement with mobility and pain relief almost instantly It was still not 100% but after 48 hours doing some gentle excercise Lenny advised to do I am back to being 100% with my neck and completely out of pain. “I used to do muai thai kickboxing many years ago. Following a injury to my hip I had to stop. I never thought I'd be able to engage in this sport I love so much. Well, until I started training with Jimmy about 5 months ago. His understanding of the body, injury prevention and rehabilitation, really helped. The range of movement in my hip continues to get better and stronger. I am faster, stronger, my technique continues to improve. I really connected well with Jimmys style of training, as its about training like a athlete, the discipline and commitment. Also his passion for the sport. When I think about where I started when I first started training with Jimmy to where I am now, I feel very thankful, plus proud of my journey and I am excited to continue progressing my skills in this sport I love very much! “Needed all 4 tyres changing. Phoned a day before, super helpful chap helped arrange a time. Got an appt “first thing” Saturday at 9am as I was on a tight schedule. I’d done some research on the tyres I wanted and they confirmed they had them. All good. Dave, our friendly tyre fitter pinged at 8.30am saying he was here if we wanted to get started. Literally “Give me the keys. I’m all good for tea and coffee thanks, I’ll let you know when it’s done.” Tapped my card to pay once done. Simple. Top service from start to finish and price was the same as going to a tyre fitting garage miles away and hanging about for an hour.”

“Took my wifes Mercedes 9 years old to get the auxiliary battery changed and replacement brake pads. After they diagnosed the problem it was a capacitor that had failed which they then replaced, they happily dealt with the warranty company to ensure the works were covered. They also advised the brake pads did not require replacing, demonstrates how honest they are. All this was done within a day and my wife collected the car. She commented she received the same warm welcome I got and even commented how comfortable she felt dealing the the guys down there. They know how to put you at ease. The service they provided was better than the Mercedes dealership we normally use and they are good as you would expect for the prices you pay!!!. Unit Exchange are fantastic, the labour charge very fair and extremely good for the highly experience guys there. I would highly recommend this family run business, I am certainly going to be using them again.”
