“I have used this place for Audi puncture tyre today that could not be repaired yesterday here. Joe and the other male staff with dark hair ordered a tyre replacement for me and it arrived on the same day afternoon. They even fitted a slot in for me at 4pm at short notice today. The male who fitted the tyre was also very friendly.It took 30minutes, very speedy!. Over all a friendly and pro bunch.Thank you! I would return for future car issues. Excellent service and highly recommend to others.”

“A Covid test will never be as pleasant as a massage. The best we can hope for is that it's not any more unpleasant than absolutely necessary. I had booked the 12 hour fit-to-fly PCR test, was served at the time booked, given the choice to self-test under supervision or have the staff do it, and staff were very polite throughout - nothing to complain here. The result arrived after less than six hours - very happy with that. In an ideal world, I would never do a Covid test again, but in the real world, if I need one in the future, I'm likely to use the same service.”

“Have been receiving treatment from Elodie since Oct last year, a very knowledgeable Osteopath explains everything even if I don't understand the medical terms. My previous 2 treatment practice's werent very helpful in the long term so I switched to Pureform. “I took my elderly mum to the Bromley branch yesterday. She was so despondent when we arrived after yet another disappointing visit to another established, well known high street shoe shop. The moment we stepped inside the door, all her shoe shopping woes disappeared! We were greeted by such a lovely lady who immediately understood my Mum’s difficulties and knew what she needed. The lady was so patient, kind and knowledgeable and we cannot thank her enough for her help (I wished I had asked her name now!) We left with shoes, sandals and slippers, all at a very reasonable price. There was also a lot of choice, which made a very pleasant change. We will definitely be going there again.”

“A fantastic practice! I first started seeing Dr O’Brien some 20 years ago. However, after moving very far away I eventually switched dentists (after still travelling hours to Bromley for a few years as I really did not want to have to find a new dentist). The service was never the same at my new surgery, and the customer focussed attention just was not there. This came to a head a month or so ago, so I decided to get back in touch with Rochester Lodge. They were nothing short of amazing and to my delight, Dr O’Brien was still there! I’ve now re-registered and have had three wonderful visits (and I do mean wonderful as I had some serious pain and problems that were resolved professionally). All the staff there, including reception and the nurse have been so welcoming and most have worked there for years. Nice touch is that they remember you! Rochester Lodge is again now our family dentist, even if it takes up half the day to get there and back!”

“Motique are an excellent local car spares shop and servicing garage in one. Richard runs the shop and is always helpful with anything you need. Also minor bodywork repairs. Nick does the car servicing and is absolutely brilliant. If like me you’ve been ripped off by main dealers take your car to Nick for yearly service and MOT and of course mechanical repairs. He’s just the best cannot recommend highly enough.”

“A one stop shop for any plumbing need, if they don't have it they can get it next day, plus the prices are not pull your pants down, it's nice to find a plumbing shop where you know you won't get ripped off. Some of the bathroom suite deals are actually lower than I found on the web. Colin behind the counter is helpful and seems to know his stuff, plus he's got a sense of humour dryer than Gandhi's flip flop. Been using them for a few years now and will continue to do so.”
