   There are quite a variety of items and for all genders, and children. however, the store is so old, not that clean, messy and the staff is useless. Very poor customer service. You better order online that buying in this store.

   Came into Sports Direct to grab a gym lock I needed to use straight away. Asked the lady at the till for help and she honestly didn’t seem bothered. Only after I said “that’s not good customer service” did she try to help, but she admitted she didn’t know how to set it up. Fair enough — at least she was honest — then she sent me to another worker who looked like a manager. He pointed me to Sesay, and honestly, that guy saved the whole experience. He knew what he was doing, had proper energy and patience, even though you could tell he had loads going on. Everyone else looked half asleep and like they didn’t want to be there, and it was only 10am. If it wasn’t for Sesay, I’d have given this place a 1 star easy. Big respect to him for actually helping and caring about what he’s doing.

   Wish I could go below 0. Absolutely atrocious customer service in Bromley branch. I have come with an issue of exchanging the shoes which have passed the exchange policy (childrens shoes, they have it in stock, mine were in the box, with receipt, never worn). Due to personal reasons could not bring them earlier. When denied at the cash desk I have asked to speak with manager only to be told "she is covering the front, she won't come", suggesting for me to go myself and find someone I have never seen. After manager arrived and also carelessly, if I may point, denied my request, I have asked her name. Yet again, only to be told "I am a store manager, I don't have to give you my name".Honestly, this is just breaks my heart to see that this is what customer service has come down to.. 0 empathy, 0 interest in customers, absolute careless attitude. I can only wish that those people working there will be lucky enough NOT to be served like that in retail or elsewhere, like healthcare, for instance. On the other hand, who am I to speak about karma. Never stepping foot in this store, nor buying anything from sports direct ever again.

   Absolutely disgusting customer service, the manager who served me today was rude, she had major attitude, looked absolutely miserable and has low standards. Will never use use this store again, tunbridgewells one is much better as the staff there actually care about their customers. The store at bromely is chaotic, messy and dirty and the trainers are dirty. Unacceptable!

   Desperately needed plain black trainers and it was our last shop, Absolutely Brilliant service by a young man called Tashaun, it was a busy Saturday, but he took the time to help us and many other customers, he was focused, Polite and Helpful! Trainers were Fab too I had no idea Sports Direct stocked higher end Nikes, definitely will be back!!

   Long wait in the queue, only one person serving at tills. Charges £4.50 for online orders to be collected from store. Chose to shop elsewhere.

   Couldn't find a staff member downstairs at all, went upstairs and there was 2 of them just standing around just chatting. At the tills they had two staff members on a busy Saturday, one had no idea what they where doing and called for help 4 times with the same customer. The other was extremely rude. Waited 15 minutes in a queue for the women to ask if was paying my cash or card. Then have a go saying we don't take cash. Staff are unwilling to help.

   What the hell... you don’t want our money? Can’t get the fact that I want to get shoes and wait for a size 30 min.... the shop was not full and the staff was not available and not welcoming at all.. so we just left ... how can a business conduct like that.
