Great service really conveniently located in the middle of Peckham. Dropped my bike off at 9am and picked it up after work. Affordable prices much cheaper than other bike shops

Absolutely brilliant service. They fixed my old bike and made it feel brand new. My very old bottom bracket required a big replacement and service which wasn’t expected. They did it with no extra cost, but it must have taken them hours. I came back into the store because a couple of bits and bobs were loose and they fixed them and refused any payment, despite clearly being very busy. Lovely, kind people. Will be coming here for years

I kind of want to gatekeep this place, but they honestly deserve all the stars. Square Bike in Peckham is an absolute gem. I was there yesterday, they were literally closing, and still took the time to help me. All I needed was a bit of air in my tyres, and he did it without hesitation. He even oiled my chain while he was at it. This isn’t the first time they’ve helped me either. I don’t know his name (I think it might be Laszlo), but this is just who he is. He clearly cares about bikes, about people, and about doing things properly. He’s never once failed to sort me out. Even when my bike got stolen and I came in with a second-hand one, he helped me get it roadworthy again. I told my partner about square bike and he had the exact same experience, was supported and now they are obsessed. I’ve been coming to Square Bike for years now. Whether it’s a breakdown or a yearly service, I trust them completely. And the prices? So much better than most bike repair places, which overcharge for the exact same thing. Massive thank you to Square Bike. Because of you, I get around London safely, cheaply, and reliably. I couldn’t tip you yesterday, so I’m leaving this review instead. You’ve got a loyal customer for as long as I’m in Peckham, and probably beyond.

I dropped into Squarebike on Sunday afternoon with a fused bearing on my toddler’s pram. The mechanic working was super friendly and went out of his way to help — he took a few minutes to cut off the bearing and get me sorted. He really saved me, and on top of that wouldn’t even accept payment for the work. It’s great to come across such honest, friendly people. I’ll definitely be coming back here for my next bike service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had the best experience here, unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the man who helped me (30.07.25- I believe he was the only one working at the store that day) but he checked my bike thoroughly and explained in detail, but without condescension, what I needed to replace and how easily it could be done. I asked him to have a look, after being charged £400 from Seabass down the road, and would have save £250 coming here. Thank you for your time, considering the fact you were so busy with other bikes lined up, you were able to give me 15 minutes and a lot of helpful information and advice. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic service when I needed an emergency repair. Very quick and efficient, he communicated with me well and it was very reasonably priced.

Really efficient and good service. Very useful as well right next to the station. He can normally do repairs or services within a day or two if needed as well. The cost is also reasonable, slightly cheaper than a few other places around. Will be using him again.

This is a cheap but professional bike shop, the boss helped me change the tire inners of road bikes in just 15 minutes, and helped me check the brakes! Thanks a lot for his help!

The guy seemed pretty chilled. He was paranoid that I was taking pictures for this review Lool but I can understand as it Peckham. He fitted 2 new foldable pedals to. My folding bike for £20 - not bad I guess. Took him around 10 mins after his smoke break. He explained that the fix and repair shop opens 9-6 but the bicycle park it self opens 5am till Midnight. Lots of security in here to protect your bike if you do decide to leave it. The repair shop sells most of your everyday cycle essentials too. They take contactless payments. Think I'll be coming here to get my bike sorted from now on.
