   I should’ve added my review a while back after my brilliant interactions with Dan and the team - superb advice on a new set of wheels, through to a service and subsequent fitment of newly acquired wheels. Chris and Angela had always been brilliant through my prior interactions, as had the rest of the Finches crew! Absolutely devastated about the fire, and hope the Forest Hill and wider community are able to bring the business back to life in the not-too-distant future! Wishing you all the best team.

   Last weekend my bike decided to fall apart. I mean the pedal literally came off. I was in the Forest Hill area & a passer by recommended Finches. The bike mechanic was friendly & quick even through I was a walk in. Excellent service & I will defo be back to get my back & snowboard serviced there in future.

   Exceptional service and care taken. Took my vintage fixed wheel bike into the shop as needed new forks. I hadn't ridden it since early 2020 and as the forks weren't straight forward I wasn't sure what could be done. Dan looked at loads of options for me - old and new forks at various different prices, as well as spending time speaking to frame builders and other bike shops. I was keen to get it back not he road and after his research, he sourced some second hand forks, took time over the fitting and it's now back on the road, looking good and all working well. Thank you Dan and the team at Finches Emporium.

   I had the best experience here, the amount of knowledge the staff have was so useful! They really spent time helping me decide on my snowboard bindings and had such a good collection. Was a much better experience than I’d had previously at snow and rock. I wish I went to finches straight away. Such a good shopping experience and will certainly be back!

   Legendary establishment. London's last independent ski snowboard and bike store. Family owned and run since 1947. Hugely knowledgeable, massive amounts of info and advice available, even have blackboard with constantly updated snow stats for Austria / France / Italy / Switzerland / USA. I used to race (regional level) in Italy and I now live in the UK. This is the only place I go to for ski boots and skis. Highly recommended.

   Friendly, knowledgeable and quick, outstanding service. I don't know if it's a family-run business but the vibe is relaxed and welcoming. Chaps running the bike repair shop know their onions and have a genuine love for what they do that shows in how they operate. Trust them!
