   This has got to be one of the worst Sports Direct shops ever. The staff are the most rudest people ever. WOW. sort your staff out. Do they get paid? They act like they don't. They act like they hate the customers. Ask any of these horrible staff a question. They will act like they have never spoken to a person before. They act like simple talking is something they do not do. (especially anything sports related). They act like opening their mouths is such an effort and an unusual experience for them. Sports Direct needs to train and pay your staff. You have no right employing people based on how rude they can be. What an awful shopping experience.

   At the Sports Direct is Streatham, there is a member of staff called "SHAI". What an outstanding member of staff, she is an asset to the store. Experienced, polite, knowledgeable, patient and helpful, everything a shop assistant needs to be, she should do teacher training. Such a refreshing, and pleasant surprise to receive great service. It gives customers hope.

   I usually don't leave bad reviews ever. But had one of the worst shopping experience in this shop. We went at a quieter time. Needed a different size for a shoe. Spent 10 mins trying to find on our own then decided to ask for help. Saw a guy with sports direct uniform. He said he cant help as he wasnt clocked in. No one else was around we went upstairs to ask for help. The employee working upstairs told us she can't help ask the one on till we went to that person she said I need to be on till ask the first guy again. We were literally going from one person to the other. The first guy came upstairs saw us waiting didn't acknowledge our presence nor asked if he could help then disappeared again when we tried to find him. The girl on till just started roaming about the shop moving hangers around aimlessly. I felt so humiliated and left without buying anything. Will not recommend going there.

   Nice clean bright shop with lots of different choices of stock. I got exactly what I was looking for, very good offers so not expensive. Staff are very nice and helpful so I will definitely shop here again and recommend.

   There was no one to help me and then I saw that only one guy was attending and 3 women from the place were talking without doing anything. . I asked them for help and one of them that this pregnant got very rude at the time of paying. Then she started arguing with me. Incredible that a client is treated that way.

   I am not a fan of their children's clothes range, but, what I do like is the quality of the school shoes, swimming costumes, goggles and swimming caps. I almost always tend to buy these from here. Post lockdown the customer services seemed to have improved greatly. On this occasion the two ladies on the shop floor were very helpful and so was the lady at the till. I must say, this was the best experience at Sports Direct I have had so far. I hope they keep it this way.

   Sports Direct Streatham it was clean very well organised and tidy. Staff were presentable and helpful. The prices are reasonable, you can get a few brand names clothing.
