   We were sent to Brixton branch as they might have the stock of a budget price trainer for size swop. We found one shoe in a box, the assistant was very helpful finding the other shoe on display. The till assistants were efficient and politely offered add-ons — good try! We mentioned to the security man and manager, hence this review. Excellent customer service. Although a trek from Fulham, this will be our store of choice, vast stock space. One thought for H/O: store to store stock check?

   Worst customer service from the shift manager.Just behaved rude with me ,He was streeed for something else or he just didn’t like my face.He is not just capable of his position .As a manager I know how to talk to people.He needs to learn how to be a shift manager or Sports direct should pay them more ,looked like he is underpaid. Brixton sports direct ,Will never be back to you or any sports direct for the worst customer service .

   What a crap this place, worse experience no respect at all to my wife and my kids! Rude and nasty attitude from the manager and the supervisor. My family felt scare and threatened from they body language and the way they was talking! even my 5y old son was asking me why that man was shouting at me! There was a Nike trainers i chosen because the price was £45 then I went to the till and make the payment ive realised I was charged £60 then I spoke to one of the workers I explain the situation he went to see the manager, then he come back to say to me to go and see the manager and the supervisor where I got the shoe from, I went there and the price they've already changed to £60 ive ask to see the cctv they've showed me a blurred photo instead the actual video, i couldn't see it properly they said the shoe was far from there i went back to see the manager he avoided me really rude talking to.me and asking the girls to take the shoe back and give me a voucher and my wife had a shoe for my son and he said not to sell it to her. Avoid this place also was someone else complaining there im really frustrated! I will look for the right help as I will not leave this like that! As i did ask them how do i rise a conplain and no one was answer me they ignored me, i asked the manager his name he told me but i don't remember but i know his face! I want answers why this place is like that and look like there are no control whatsoever!

   Just about the worst shop I’ve ever been to. Huge shop, virtually impossible to find a staff member to help with trying on shoes. Takes SO long and you’ll find it cheaper on line anyway. One gigantic landfill.

   This store is so well managed and easy to shop compared to other local branches. I visited in back to school week, everything tidy and staff on hand to help with sizes etc. Huge credit to the manager and staff.

   the attention is lousy. They are not interested in selling, just vacating as soon as possible or making you choose the most expensive pair. I chose some nike kids at £38 and they wanted to sell me the same ones but for adults at £69. Buy online and avoid bad attention from sellers. The girls in the box are very friendly.

   Poor customer service Manager rude and dismissive the Manager in shift at 17:07 can not manage conflict. When public support he throw out customer. Never spending my money again in Brixton Sports Direct - poor management unable to listen to public criticism.

   Associates were very attentive and helpful. They were quick to assist and even went in the back to check and get all the sizes requested .... the young man at the Chelsea fan base area was exceptional. He walked up to me and asked what I wanted and got it for me. Very nice experience overall.

   Please dedicate some time to train your staff how to behave while they carry out a customer face role. Today the young woman who serving customers at the till was loudly complaining that she wanted to go home. Shall we feel bad as your customers that we shop from your outlet, and we keep her busy? Does she need something more to motivate her? Or probably not the right job for her? I will leave this on you. Other than that, I always find items at your store that fit my needs and my budget.
