UPDATE : I have been made aware these people are in the same location TRADING under a different name!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID.... It has been reported to the police. Would give 0 stars if possible. I bought a car from them on 26th April 2025... 3 days later I reported problems to my finance company who are STILL trying to solve this.. The car has recurring issues with the ECU and the car feels like an absolute death trap to drive. Since April time I have be trying to reject this car.. PLEASE READ To everyone who has left a negative review if you see this, and new people. I have checked Companies House. I have seen they have changed their address from Mansfield and I also see the company status is 'Liquidation' and also seen the documents for a wind up order. When I collected the car it STUNK of tobacco. The seats where brown with smoke and dirt (and they apparently valeted it) I am nearly 5 months down the line and I still smell it. It has permanent faults, it struggles to start up, it drives like it has been in a accident and had a bs repair done. It was given to me with huge chunks out the tyres which I then had to buy 4 new tyres, according to them they where fine. I had 29 faults with the ECU which was including gearbox faults/ steering faults/ brake faults/ the list goes on. These are coming back on the car after I had it repaired. If they do seem to be selling cars under the Mansfield address please avoid at all costs!! and report them.

Its a shame you cant give zero stars because these cowboys aint even worth 1 star. Let me tell you about my journey with these guys. 1. after pulling out of the yard the dpf light came on which i turned right round and back in the yard to be greeted with its been parked up a while it will go away no interest in helping what so ever. anyway I turned car off and on again light went away. over the coming weeks it continued to come on. So i called a dpf company to get it cleaned it out as car was continuosly going into limp mode again he didnt care. So at a cost of 400 quid i regretably got it done. couple of weeks later the oil pressure light is coming on had the car diagnosed and its being placed as a faulty oil pump. I would stay away from these absolute scumbags and go to a reputable dealer. oh by the way expect a letter from my solicitor regarding bringing you to the small claims court any day now you wont fob me off next time time gents.

Awful. Purchased a vehicle off this company and was dealt by Gary. Upon arrival car was filthy although was told it was ‘ valeted ‘ two parking sensor was faulty which was failed to mention and fuel cap didn’t lock along with a hole in the floor mat which was covered by paper to make the car look like it’s been cleaned. As I carried out the repairs was advised would be refunded, upon invoicing Gary has been nothing but excuses for the reimbursement not only that but he also decided to dispute cost and have not received anything until date and out of pocket by £500 +. Not only this but upon returning from a test drive it stank of cannabis from the office and reminisces of cannabis was all stuck in the crevices of the seat and floor. Also locking wheel nut was missing & logbook had not been changed after a month into ownership. Rouge Traders. Far from pleased from pleasley motors ltd them selfs.

Gary's customer service was second to none from our first contact with him last week over the phone Nothing was too much trouble for him and sent plenty of messages to us regarding the vehicle He gave us a fair trade in value for our vehicle. His photos and descriptions of our new vehicle were excellent and we were not disappointed when seeing it at his premises The vehicle had half a tank of fuel in so more than enough to get us back to Bolton The drive back was pleasurable in our newly acquired vehicle Told Gary even though he is 65 miles away from us we would be using him again in the future 5*

Won a free mot here at an xmas fayre. Nice friendly staff. Prices good but make sure if you ask for a quote for work you ask for the price with vat added as sometime they give you a price minus the vat . Would definitely use them again as got in quickly and work done on the same day.

Just don't do it. Was left with a £2500 bill for injectors on a van that was still under warranty. Was told warranty was void as I had worked on the van myself. Love to know how I remapped the ECU to hide the fault and broke for the injectors myself.

Bought a cheap car that had been part ex'd a week ago, the engine management light came on after 6 days so was fearing the worst, however it was fixed without quibble, turned out it needed a new coil pack which I didn't think would have been covered by 28 day engine only warranty. Very pleased with the car and the service provided.
