I am so grateful to staff at Clive Anthony, it has been an absolute pleasure selling my house with them. Dominique Ross valuated our house at an attractive price and she did everything she could to list our property online as speedily as possible. They have a large client database, with viewings arranged before the house was online and frequent viewings booked too. We were delighted to have sold our house within two weeks! Full credit to the staff, especially Clair Unwin and Lorraine Pascal, who are constantly in touch and reply speedily to email queries. I don't often write reviews, but the level of service provided by Clive Anthony has compelled me to make an exception. There are enough estate agents to chose from in Prestwich - I opted for Clive Anthony to sell my property as they came across honest, were available evenings and weekends including Sunday (which is when I am available but more importantly I am sure that's when most buyers are too) & they were competitively priced. From the outset they have been excellent. I was spending most of my time working away and being able to leave them to arrange and host viewings was perfect & I was very glad I did not opt for a cheaper online equivalent (Note to others who are considering online estate agents : do you really have the time / inclination to do it justice). As a solicitor I have met and dealt with many estate agents. When we decided to sell our home we decided to give it Clive Anthony because we had heard how good they were in their selling technique. Our house took a while to sell because of the financial climate at the time but whenever a potential buyer viewed the property I was so pleased with the enthusiasm shown by Lorraine and through this she found a buyer at an acceptable price. Since then I have always recommended them to friends and family and am delighted to see how successful they have become which is fully deserved. May they go from strength to strength. After having a particularly bad experience with another estate agent, Clive Anthony have been amazing! The level of customer service, from Jo in particular, is excellent.
