   I sold my house with Bolton Properties this year, from the start they were fantastic. Chris has great knowledge of the local area and gave an accurate and realistic valuation so the house was under offer within a couple of weeks. Unfortunately my first buyer fell through but the whole team did everything they could to get another buyer in less than 2 weeks so I was able to keep my onward purchase. They're very easy to contact and always available for questions/updates making the whole sale process much less stressful than it could be. 100% recommended

   Spoke to Chris Baron at Bolton Properties about buying some rental properties in the area. Chris really knows his stuff and went out of his way to help guide me with the best areas of the town to buy in. Superb communication even giving me a call back at 9pm in an evening. Can see why he’s won an award. Fantastic.

   Avoid them if you can! They are not at all transparent in communication and are good at wasting your time. We made an offer on a property through them last time and they never communicated back if our offer was accepted or declined, later we found (not through them) that property was sold to someone else on a lower price. Recently again we liked a property unfortunately advertised by them and we were very open and honest from begining that we have to sell our property and if acceptable we will put an offer to their property and they asked what is our offer and we made an offer. After prolonged delays, lack of responding to our emails, they finally sent us an email accepting our offer and in the meanwhile we marketed our property and were getting offers on our property, got credit checks done, obtained agreement in priciple etc. We advised them that we are getting offers on our property already but havnt yet accepted any as the viewings are ongoing in case we get even better offer however to get the ball rolling, we asked them if we are ok to get a survey done on their property and they said yes to it. We then paid almost £700 to get a survey done and when our surveyors called them to book an appointment, they again failed to communicate clearly and avoided to book the survey. Now today we were advised that owners of the property we were interested in are going ahead with someone else!! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME, MONEY AND CREDIT CHECKS! If they would have sought clear instructions from vendors from begining and kept us informed at every stage openly and honestly, we would have not wasted our time with them. AVOID IF YOU CAN!

   I had a completely different estate agent in mind to sell my property until I met Chris from Bolton properties and decided to sell through them purely down to him being so genuine and honest. Joanne took care of the sale for me and kept me informed every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble. Selling my property was effortless through Bolton properties, they made it that easy and did exactly what they said they would do. There's not many estate agents that really care or take the time to look after your best interests as a client, a lot of them just want your money, but I can honestly say the team at Bolton Properties are professional and also honest, genuine people which is what I want if i'm giving you the responsibility of selling my property. Thanks again Bolton properties I appreciate everything you have done for me.

   I would highly recommend the team at Bolton Properties. I recently used Bolton Properties for the sale of a house in Stoneclough. The sale was agreed within a matter of just 3 weeks of the property going on the market. Chris was very professional in terms of conducting views, advising on how best to market the property and correctly identifying the price at which to place the property on the market. Paige was extremely helpful and professional in arranging viewings, keeping me updated, providing feedback and making the whole process very simple and swift.

   I cannot recommend Bolton Properties Enough. The biggest of thanks to Chris and more than anyone, Paige! She went above and beyond every time it looked like we were hitting a snag in our purchase. Doing everything she could to ensure communication between us and the vendor kept on flowing when our Solicitors went silent. A huge asset to the team. These people aren’t just estate agents. You can be sure they will do everything they can for you whether you’re buying or selling through them. Even through the crazy house buying market over the past 6 months nothing was ever too much. Friendly, helpful, professional, caring and actually genuine. If we decide to sell in the next few years then we know where who we’re going through already.    Well what can I say... The office staff were really helpful and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble all the way through they were excellent. Chris was fantastic, he was professional and down to earth. He was very direct and to the point, and was patient in explaining the process as it was the first time I had ever sold a property. Chris was clear and not pushy in the slightest. He was able to give me several options and the information to come to my own conclusion.It was clear he had my best interests and that of the buyer in mind. Well Chris got me an offer within a day, that I was 100 percent happy with, I know the market was good but less than 24 hours! A man of his word, I would 100 percent recommend Bolton properties. Thank you to the entire team!
