   I had an extremely disappointing keratin treatment experience at this salon. They gave me misleading aftercare instructions, telling me I will be fine not washing my hair for 4 days instead of the standard 48 hours. It became clear this was a tactic to justify the unavailability of their "special" shampoo, which they insisted I could only buy from them. They failed to provide the shampoo when promised and never called to update me. After a week of waiting and no communication, I used a keratin-friendly shampoo I bought myself, only to find the treatment had no effect – my hair was back to its original wavy state. I spent £150 and 4 hours in the salon for absolutely no result. The salon's deceptive practices, lack of professionalism, poor communication, and ineffective service clearly show that customer satisfaction is not their priority. I cannot recommend this salon for keratin treatments and deeply regret this frustrating and disappointing experience

   I have cancer and have been having chemo. I have lost 80% of my hair and yesterday I picked out my wig. Much shorter than my own hair. I was walking past the salon today and thought I’m going to see if they will cut my hair. I didn’t have an appointment so it was a long shot. As expected they were fully booked. I was a little disheartened but I didn’t really expect anything else. Next thing I know Lonzi is waving at me to come back. He has had a cancellation and could chop off my hair. Not going to lie, I cried…because now it’s real and my long hair was going and that means there’s no hiding from the fact I am sick. Lonzi was so kind, so supportive, so patient and I have never felt like I was in better hands! He did the most wonderful cut and he made me feel like a friend was cutting it off. I cannot recommend the salon enough!! I am so happy and will forever be grateful for that little act of kindness at a really difficult time. Thank you!

   Had a nice cut from Angel at a reasonable price. Salon is soon to have a refurb. I think but it still looks good and is in a pretty location in the row of old shops in Bournville

   My appointment was at 11.30 for a consultation I arrived at 11.34 due to bad traffic , and could not been seen due to being late. Was very upsetting as I arranged transport as Live far away and not driving at the moment . I could understand if was 20 minutes but 4 minutes!
