   I had one of the worst brow experiences I’ve ever had, and it was specifically because of the technician, Nevaeh. From the moment I arrived, she was rude, unwelcoming, and completely uninterested in what I asked for. The hygiene was unacceptable — she had me lie down on a visibly dirty chair with no protective covering. She ignored my instructions, didn’t communicate at all during the process, and removed far more hair than I agreed to. The result was uneven, messy, and nothing like a proper brow lamination. When I expressed (very calmly) that I was unhappy, Nevaeh didn’t apologize or even try to understand what went wrong. Instead, she immediately called the manager on me, which was extremely unprofessional considering she was the one who made the mistakes. Thankfully, the manager stepped in and corrected what she could. She agreed the brows weren’t done properly and fixed them as best as possible — which says a lot about the quality of the initial work. I strongly recommend avoiding Nevaeh. The service, attitude, and hygiene were unacceptable.

   Absolutely love this salon, started going to daisy for my lashes and there perfect cant complain about anything. The atmosphere In there is lovely very welcoming, the girls are all fantastic, nice to see a salon where girls get on so well.

   This is my go to salon. Claire and the team are amazing. I get spray tans every few weeks here always look good and streak free. Had lp blush with Claire due my 6 week top up can't wait. As an NHS girl who knows nothing about nails I got BIAB for my holiday got talked through the process and came out with simple yet stunning nails

   I went to this salon to get a BIAB removal, and honestly, it wasn’t a great experience. The atmosphere felt a bit off, and I just didn’t feel comfortable while I was there. The technician filed my nails down way too much—now they’re super thin, almost like paper, and really damaged. The surface of one nail was filed so far down that there’s actually a spot with no nail left, and she even went into the skin, leaving an open wound. The rest of my nails are really sore now too. Overall, I left feeling pretty upset with how my nails turned out. Definitely not what I was expecting, and I wouldn’t go back.

   I’d like start off by saying this place literally offers everything under the sun and at an A* level may I add. Beautiful interior, great customer service from front desk. My nails were done by Grace, I highly recommend booking with her if she’s available. Incredibly personable, insisted on a mini consultation to tackle the vision of nail style/colour. All round outstanding service. This business is smashing it. Honestly, why go anywhere else when you have Aspire??

   Spoken to someone day before to book an appointment and asking Patrice for full face wax. And receptionist said £12 for full face . Next day I went to an appointment and their colleague done my was she was nice and kind but they don’t have Paterson who can do threading and after wax I still had hair on my face . And I went to reception to pay and she charger me £25 but on she said it’s£12 how is this fair on costumer. This is clearly lie anf they didn’t except their mistake . I have no trust .

   Had my first ever pedicure here the other day and had my brows waxed. Both girls were so good! My eyebrows finally look symmetrical after several shoddy waxing jobs and my feet feel smooth and look great! Pricing is great for the quality of the services too. Highly recommend.

   I go here to get my nails done by the lovely Elicia - @thenailconnoisseur on Instagram. She is an incredible nail technician at the salon, and lovely bubbly part of the team. I love going to Aspire Tan and Beauty! Highly recommend
