   Great apartment with car and bike storage facilities. Well maintained and easy to use amenities. Been liaising with Bradley and Joelle from CERT residential properties who manage this apartment - they have been responsive and very helpful throughout the move in process. Have not faced any issues in the flat.

   I am a Current tenant and too many different companies involved when an issue arises, delaying an outcome. Recently the bike store was broken into with several bikes stolen, wheels stolen off. Both rmg and insignia refused to handle, citing the bike store wasn't forcibly entered to, so no action to be taken.

   We recently moved my son into Insignia for Uni. We reside in Bermuda full time so enlisted the services of Carla Zuill of "C It Through Concierge" to be our on the ground person and handle all physical and phone contact with Joelle. Joelle worked right alongside Carla who was our eyes and viewed the apartment on our behalf. Joelle was professional and responsive especially considering the 4 hour time difference. We would recommend Joelle to anyone looking for a flat in the Manchester area.
