   Dreadful. Two bad appointments in a row after giving them a second chance after a 6 month break. 3 days after my appointment, the gel on my nails started to lift away as the nail surface hadn't been prepared properly and they wanted to charge to fix it! I'd already paid the deposit, so went ahead with a 2nd appointment but the person doing my nails didn't speak to me at all, ignored what I wanted on my nails and was just so rude! Learnt my lesson and won't be going back again Attached pictures of the gel lifting and flaking away from my nails

   Nail art itself was really pretty so I was really gutted that I left the salon with 5 bleeding fingers. The bottoms of my cuticles are still sore a few days on and they even managed to cut the top of my finger while filing. The blood was just painted in. Also concerned the polish was then shared with the client sat next to me.Tried to drop am email a few days ago on the complaints line listed on the website but it bounced back and have dropped a message to their Facebook but with no response. I wish I'd said something at the time but I didn't know what to expect really, it was only when speaking to other nail therapist that I knew it wasn't normal. Really wish I could write something more positive because as I said the nail art itself was really good and the women seem nice enough. But yeah gutted and hoping my hands look less of a mess for holiday.

   Had a brilliant experience at OK, Cure Me! Came to get gel nails done with level 2 nail art for a wedding, and would definitely come again! The atmosphere in the salon is lovely, everyone is super friendly. Becky did my nails exactly like the inspo picture I gave and I just LOVE how they turned out- might have to get them done for more than just a special occasion!!

   Had hard gel overlays with polish. Completed by Grace who is my usual nail artist. She is professional, pays great attention to detail, nails always perfect and long lasting. The salon has a friendly atmosphere, making it an overall enjoyable experience. Good value for money too. Would highly recommend to anyone of any age as all/any needs are met.

It is worth the cost for everything that comes included, plus how much they listen to what you want. Plus they are all super talented with designs fit for all.

   Really lovely salon - the girls are all so lovely but most of all my nails are always immaculate. I’ve trained in beauty Beauty therapy myself and the highlights for me is the equipment is always sanitised, the results are always long-lasting, and products are high-quality. All nail technicians are trained to a high standard and I’m always happy with the results. My nails have never chipped between appointment. You really can’t go wrong. Moving to Birmingham I always struggled to find a good nail salon but I found it here!

   Amazing salon. I have been coming to the salon for the past 3 years for nails, lashes and brows and it’s the same amazing service every time I go. Grace always does outstanding nail art and my lashes are gorgeous after my appointment with Lorna. Can’t recommend enough, all staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the quality of service is amazing!

   I could not be happier with my lash lift & tint from Rachel. I have never really done anything with my lashes before so this was a new experience for me. The results though were amazing. I usually get my nails done also at Ok Cure Me and I can honestly say all the girls are amazing they make you feel welcome and I always come away feeling good so thank you girls ❤️
