   We have recently moved out of Clippers Quay after more than four years, which is testament in itself to how lovely it is. Super location near Exchange Quay tram stop, a 15-minute walk to MediaCity and within easy reach of the Trafford Centre. The flats themselves are really spacious and the communal lounge, gym etc are nice and well kept. Darren and his team do a great job of making CQ a safe, welcoming place to live.

   Clippers Quay has been my home for nearly a year. This is a great place to live in. Firstly, it is mainly due to the very high standard professional reception team. The members of the reception team are very friendly, helpful and supportive. With them, it makes living in Clippers Quay a joy, save and feel at home. Many appreciations have to given to Darren, Leila Lam and Tyler. They are brilliant and helpful in all aspects. Thank you! Secondly, it is Clipper Quay’s location. So convenient cause it is easy to get on the public transportation, within 10 mins walk to supermarkets in WhiteCity shopping center, beautiful waterside for a walk and close by to the city center. Lastly, the apartments are spacious and adequately furnished. The maintenance services are also very good.

   This is my second year of renting. The condition of the apartment is great and clean, with prompt repair services. The reception staff are helpful and friendly. Darren cares about the residents a lot, and I can feel that he loves his job. Transportation is so convenient, Coop is nearby. Highly recommended Kelly

   Best place to live in Manchester, perfect location! It offers everything you need and I can’t wait to make use of the balcony this summer. My move in was effortless and they accommodated a quick turn around just so I could move in. Haginson helped with the move in process and was so welcoming! They even replaced some of the furniture, it felt like I was the first person to move in! Since then Hanginson has really stood out for me as he goes above and beyond to help with any of my queries and is so kind hearted! I really do love living here and held the best house warming for my close friends by marking use of the communal kitchen and cinema space.

   Living at Clipper’s Quay was a great choice while moving to new city! Clean and secure development, great areas around, and walking area by the water, which I really appreciate for daily walks with my daughter. Property management team&reception team provide an excellent service every day. Separately, I would like to express my gratitude to Mr.Haginson, his positive and friendly approach to solving any problem has ‘saved my day’ not once! Special events arranged by the team for adults and kids, frequently changing decorations around the building makes us feel so ‘homey’. Overall experience of living is ‘5 star’!

   I am yet to move in to Clippers Quay but so far have had a wonderful experience with one of their Lettings Negotiators, Fiona, who has been extremely helpful. She recommended an apartment that we had not looked at online and arranged a viewing very last minute (same day) for one of the show rooms, to avoid any delays in procuring the apartment we were interested in. I didn’t need to ask any questions about the apartment during the viewing as she provided me with all the information I needed and has been continuously helpful and responsive while we are completing the referencing checks. When considering moving into a new property it is really important that you are in contact with someone who is on the ball and Fiona is exactly that! So just wanted to say a big thank you :)

   Lived and loved it here for 3 and a half years. Great community. Lovely concierge team. All the reception staff have been and are wonderful. Jasmine from reception team is fantastic. Adil from the security team always greets you with a smile and is willing to help out! Love living here and hope we can continue to!

   A home away from home, Clippers Quay!! A friendly smile, enthusiasm and passion for a better living, that's their Resident Services team, especially, Helen, Iona and Jasmine. Me and my daughter eagerly wait for various events organized by this team. Iona and Jasmine work very hard and ensure the kids get completely involved and thoroughly enjoy the Kids Club events, along with entertaining their Moms! The new staff as well as the night security are all just so wonderful, it feels so welcoming and safe. Such beautiful location and various amenities make this a Great place to live ☺️

   I’ve been living at Clippers for 4 months with my partner and daughter. The best decision we ever did was move here as the place is so nice, I get to take my daughter to the gym and everything is so accessible. Also shoutout to jasmine and everyone else at the reception desk for always being so friendly and eager to help. They did a Sip & Paint last year, I was late and went by myself but I was quickly made very welcome. Jasmine and another girl made sure I had a drink, sat with me whilst we painted.

   Clippers quay is an amazing place. They have an amazing star in the reception called jasmine. She has been soo helpful to me over the last year she works soo hard and goes out of her way to help. Is like she never says “no” she will always find a way to help. Adding Jasmine to the team has been one of the best decisions made by clippers quay and She has played a very big part in my experience as a resident in clippers.
