   Really nice modern apartments in a good location. I do have to say I am immensely disappointed that there was no access to the balcony. I had big plans to take a friend and show them rooftop views of Manchattan and Central Park only to be left utterly disappointed behind a cold, closed door. Also the long hallways are a bit trippy.

   Poor building management no matter what your query is about they are very good at deciving you and avoid helping you as much as they can. As long as youcan afford the rent they extremly happy to rent the apartment to anyone!! they dont care at all and very poor customer care from Downtown all they care is ££££

   Poor quality building, they are happy to lie to your face and treat you like a second class citizen. They only launched the building two years ago and all 5* reviews are back to 3 years ago LOL people must have asked to rate the land ! how can you rate a developemet 5* when it's NOT even built yet

   You will have to pay concierge wages in building service charges however he will refuse to accept your parcel if you not in as this would mean he have to actually move a muscle. Sadly not a professional concierge. Just a security looking after construction site as the development not even completed.
