AWFUL SERVICE. NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Why anyone would list with this company is beyond me. They clearly dont act on behalf of their clients. I've called 20 times this week to arrange a viewing and never once answered.
Np estates are absolutely brilliant, they sold my home in 4 days! But much more than that Chloe has been dealing with my sale and she is ringing solicitors to make sure everything is happening as it should be, she has kept me informed of every little tiny detail almost every day, I have anxiety so im not the easiest person when I have things to think about but honestly Chloe has made the whole process from start to finish as stress free as possible for me, Thankyou so much to NP estates and especially Chloe

Probably one of the worst estate agent services I've ever come across. Delayed applications, unprofessional phone attendants, and lack of concern for clients. Sending fake or broken email addresses and PDFs - and that's a statement as a potential tenant. God help those who are already trapped under their service. Disorganisation will probably be the downfall of this company.
I would simply like to say a massive thank you to Keira who stayed professional and positive throughout the process, and kept the sale on track despite the many, many, many challenges which were fundamentally issues created by the ineptitude of our lawyers.
