    Went in looking for a pair of heels. Store owner asked me what the last pair of shoes I bought were. I said trainers, that I had bought 3 months ago. He said this isn’t a store for people who wear trainers. Even though I had said I was looking for heels! He then asked me if I was sure I could afford the heels here, as they were in the £40+ range. He said his shop was for rich foreigners who like bling… Super rude, dismissive, and condescending - especially if you’re local to the area.

    Wow, like an Aladdin’s cave of shoes handbags and accessories. I found a very exquisite pair of dress shoes for me and a matching shoe and handbag set for my wife. Well worth the trip and will certainly be visiting Bina Shoes again.

    I strolled in BINA Shoes for some historical information in the area and met a very good friend. Saeed, the managing director of the establishment greeted me with courtesy and we exchanged stories for a little while. I appreciated his warm welcome and felt this store is not only about business, but also care about their customer.

    Not an avid reviewer and someone that's able to brush things off for the sake of "peace", but felt the need to write this review due to how awful the service of this business is. If there's anything less than one star, then that's exactly what this business deserves. Items in the shop are not only damaged and outdated, the shop owner is also very rude, pressures customers into buying items, and has zero people or customer service skills. Overall a horrible shopping experience, will not recommend.
