From the initial consultation with Dan through to the attentive correspondence with Helen during the selling process, I was grateful of their advice and guidance throughout.    We recently bought a house through Watersons. The sellers were not very helpful at all but Watersons did their best. The communication was good and prompt. Special thanks to Helen - who was extremely professional at all times and extremely helpful. Helen ensured that both solicitors were moving things along in a timely fashion. Even when the sellers were being obstructive Helen and team went out of their way to compensate and ensure that the sale went ahead smoothly. If I was to ever sell a house, no doubt I would want Helen marketing it for me.

   I have recently sold and purchased through Watersons and the service provided was beyond my highest expectations. I mainly communicated with Sophie and Helen, but I must say everyone within the office are very helpful. What really stood out for me is the promptness to requests, politeness and wealth of knowledge. It is clear that Watersons have a very experienced team and are well established in the area having great recommendations for supporting services (conveyancing and removals). I must also say that during viewings at my property, Kath took the time to take in all aspects of the property to convey onto potential buyers and was very polite and courteous. The result was a straightforward and very quick sale above asking and a very smooth purchase. I could not have asked for a better service and would not hesitate to recommend Watersons to family or friends.

   I don't write reviews nor use superlatives but the experience I've had selling my Mother-in-law's house with Watersons compels me to do so. They're everything you could want in an estate agent - person-centred, professional and personable. Communications are prompt and the advice provided served us extremely well. Every member of the team was evidently passionate about looking after the sale of the house, and I felt I was in safe hands throughout. To be commended particularly is the Manager, Helen. She's simply fabulous as a person and at her job, and somehow made the selling experience extraordinarily enjoyable. I can't recommend Watersons highly enough - they're exemplary and exceed expectations in every way.
