   The staff at Reeds Rains were extremely helpful from my first contact to the completion of the sale of my Mother’s apartment. Dean came round to advise us of changes that could be made to make it more saleable twice which was very helpful. Ellena kept us informed of every aspect of the sale and chased up solicitors when needed. Both were happy to answer any questions we had and I would recommend this office to anyone selling a property in this area.

   Thomas very professional. Extremely friendly & efficient from the day I walked into the Hazel Grove office. Met Jake only once, but he also was very professional & very friendly. Sadly I didn't sell with Reeds Rains, a local independent was able to move faster. Reeds Rains ID checking is very comprehensive which is fantastic, but it does need to move a little faster. I know Reeds Rains could have sold my home.

   I can't recommend Reeds Rains enough. We did not sell our property through Reeds but really wish we had! Reeds were involved in our chain as they were the estate agents who we were purchasing our house through. And the care and attention they gave to our case was amazing. I would be recommending them over the estate agent we did sell through 100%. I ended up asking them more questions than the others due to incredible different in customer service. Dean and Samantha were so great. Nothing was too much trouble and they were the lights in our house selling and buying process - thank you!
