We purchased an AGA induction Rangemaster from Rangecooker.co.uk in Chester in August. When we visited the store, they had the exact model we were looking for on display. We were assisted by Shannon, who informed us that we could purchase the display model and that they would store the cooker for us until November, when our new kitchen was being fitted. Communication throughout the whole process was swift and effortless. The cooker was delivered on the day we requested and was packed securely with all trays and instructions included. The entire experience was seamless, and we would highly recommend visiting their excellent showroom in Chester.
What a place! A beautiful showroom on the canal, and near some great pubs to support the day trip to spec. our new cooker, and what a cooker it is! Wow! The best part though was the service; so friendly, so knowledgeable and really listened to what we wanted. Would wholly recommend!
We had an issue with our Belling Cooker, which we bought from Range Cookers in Chester. We reported the issue to Shannon who took complete control of matters and she reassured us that she would sort everything out. She explained the steps she would be taking and kept us fully informed on progress. We felt totally confident in leaving matters in her hands. When are you supposed to sell kitchen unit if the only days the people in a full time 9 to 5 employment is busy is actually not working. Travelling here on Sat morning, finding a parking space, paying for a parking and it is closed. I am going to spend my money somewhere else.
I've spoken to the team at Rangecookers 3 times over the last few weeks & each person has been superb. The last person I spoke to was Mike who educated me on all things to do with rangemaster cookers & hoods. He was personable & dealt with all the questions I threw at him efficiently & professionally. I'll be placing an order in the next week based on the great customer service!
