Her positive attitude and calm demeanor were much needed and appreciated during the stress of house sale/moving. We can't thank her enough. She was a pleasure to work with.    I can’t fault the service offered by Watersons, from Pete’s first visit through to Demi’s constant assistance through the process. The photography and posting was fantastic and certainly showed our house off to its best. What undoubtedly is a complex and stressful process was made less so by the team at Watersons. They always returned my calls and gave feedback on viewings very promptly. You can undoubtedly find cheaper alternatives but I thoroughly believe you get what you pay for and Watersons were definitely worth it. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I was particularly impressed at how information was transferred seamlessly across their team so even if our main negotiator was on leave, there were no gaps in the process. Alex, our main Negotiator was a pleasure to interact with and kept us informed regularly as well as pushing our buyers for updates. We would use their services again and recommend highly to others.

   We recently sold a family home in Hale (probate) - Peter and his team were especially sensitive to the situation, helped us tremendously with viewings and keeping us up to date with everything. They more or less managed the whole thing. They went over and above what you would expect from an agent, even putting out flowers to brighten up an otherwise empty house for viewings, and obtaining meter readings on our behalf. Best experience we have EVER had with an estate agent - thoroughly recommend. Its the personal touch that means so much. Thank you everyone.

   we were a little concerned re our move to an unknown area 200 miles away which could have been a daunting task for us. After our experience with Watersons when we bought the house in the first place, we decided to ask them to sell it for us. We were not disappointed and we are happy to give them 5**. From beginning to end we felt looked after and Ryan was amazing the way he gave us regular and friendly updates throughout our journey. He knows the area where we have moved to and helped us with information of where to look and where not to for our new home. Daniella took amazing photographs of the house, which is part of the reason why we had such a great response. Having said all of this I have to mention that every single member of staff who we had contact with also helped our experience not to be daunting at all, but almost pleasurable! They are highly recommended by us.
