   I feel obliged to write a review about Lucy from Thornley Grove estate agents, We were buying a house and she represented the buyer and all I can say is that she was fantastic. Very easy to deal with, she went out of her way to help us and she went above and beyond in everyway. We wised she was our estate agent, our next move I will be contacting her to help us sell our house. We honestly had move help and support from Lucy than our own estate agent. She is amazing at her job.

   All staff @thorney groves are approachable and replied my emails immidiately , they help me alot during my applications and i really appreciate it, felix is very helpful and kind. Only we really dont like is the Goodlord, if i need help i cant contact the staff even its office hours, still the robot will answer and cant help my questions and my problems. Goodlord is not friendly apps , its a nightmare and not really helpful. Hope this Goodlord will improved and in the future , renting a house is more easier to apply.

   I used Thornley Groves{ Altrincham} for the sale of my property they arranged a lot of viewings and the property was sold quickly , the communication and customer service was 1st class, Colette liaised with the solicitors, vendor and my onward estate agents and was always on hand for any questions.    We primarily dealt with James for the purchase of our house and were really impressed with the service we received from him, from the first viewing up until completion. Communication was easy and I never felt anything was too much trouble. James went above and beyond to assist with some issues that were outside of his control and we were reassured that we were in a safe pair of hands to ensure the purchase completed.    Before Thornley Groves I had a terrible experience when trying to purchase a property. I was scared that after trying for so long I would never be able to find the perfect home. Never again will I use another estate agent as Ryan from the Altrincham branch made everything so smooth and effortless which was perfect due to my busy working schedule. Getting to know Ryan was great and I am very thankful for everything he did for me. Outstanding customer service skills. Being in a home that ticks every single box is something that I didn’t think was achievable. Over the moon with the service I received from start to finish. Our existing tenant was moving out and Claire dealt with the switchover to new tenant and was excellent all the way through the process. She was pro-active, kept us well updated throughout and made sure everything ran smoothly. Definitely the most painless process we've had since owning the property and would highly recommend Claire!
