Building manager Paul has been super helpful. However the quality of the flats are pretty bad, we moved out in 9 months.
Went to look at an apartment, good size. Super roof garden with great views. But the bath room had been leaking over a long time. Wood work soft and smelly. Mold on 3 walls, one was the hall has you walk in. Waited around for a while, then spoke to a few other tenants. Who all said they have water problems. So won't be getting one of these. Plenty in Manchester to pick from.
Fantastic place to live. Really close to town.
