Brilliant service. I had a bump in the car as was Icy, broke the grill and chrome. Visited to see if they could repair it. The gentleman/company were fantastic. Fitted us in before Christmas. Took my car in for a repair quote. They took photos and my details on a notepad and said they’d be in touch. I have called to chase THREE times, each time being told ‘he’ll call you back with a quote’…..a month later, still nothing. Can’t comment on the quality of repair work as I’ve now used someone else but in my experience, the customer care and process is rubbish.
Always use this company for any paint jobs, believe me they are the best. An excellent job done efficiently and very professional. Top marks from me.
A bit apprehensive leaving my car there as it was booked for that day but they were to busy, I saw one bad review where they left equipment on the seats and damaged it, so made me worry, it had to be left there till the next day. I believe the owner spayed the bonnet removing bird poo burns and few extra chips. It was polished and I can't see the original marks, so was pleased with the results. Would be good if they had a bit more room there as all felt way to busy and possibility of dinging the car. But would recommend from my experience.
