   I bought an iPhone from this store right, and the phone got blacklisted after 1 month. When I called the Apple support, then they said that it was a stolen phone which cash convert sold to me no wonder it was on 100%. When I asked for a refund, they couldn’t issue me anything so don’t ever come close to this store as you could be their next victim.

   Just wanted to give a shoutout to Julie Ann and Misha at Cash Converters in St Helens – they were absolutely brilliant! Super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience really easy and relaxed. Julie Ann was lovely to deal with – really welcoming and took the time to explain everything properly. Misha was just as great, really approachable and made sure I was happy with everything before I left. It’s not often you get service that feels genuinely personal, but they both went the extra mile. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. Thanks again – I’ll definitely be back!

   I went in to Cash Converters to sell some gold I inherited. I was helped by Connor the Manager who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Afterwards I didn't get far out the shop before I saw a fantastic luxury watch at an affordable price. Again Connor was a great help. Its a great team and great service.
