   Excellent service from Pontefract Dental Care this morning. I needed an emergency appointment and was seen really quickly ; literally an hour after I rang. Unfortunately I needed an extraction but it was painless and fast. Scott was very efficient, professional and made the whole experience bearable ! Every staff member I’ve ever seen here has provided excellent care. Can’t rate this Practice highly enough.

   Only been with this practice a few weeks but both myself and my husband are very happy with it. I myself have a fear of the dentist but they really made me feel at ease and understand my nervousness. I have had 2 fillings which needed doing but I must say it went well. Both Dr Scott and his assistant were brilliant. I have also seen the hygienist who was also mindful of my fears and was also lovely.

   Lovely welcoming practice, the ladies on reception are always very pleasant and polite. The waiting area is airy and comfortable, management of appointment times is spot on! Shaun our dentist is excellent in every aspect...he is a master of his art and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend him and his team to anyone who asks. He has a lovely chatty manner and genuinely works to put you at easy and to keep you informed of the what, why and how at every stage. First class!

   I rang here on the off chance I could been seen for an emergency as 111 had nowhere that could see me, they got me in within an hour the staff was absolutely amazing with me, I explain how scared I was of dentists, they were so kind, and made me feel so welcome, it didn’t feel like a dentist, the reception lady who I didn’t get her name was so nice, she really understood instantly how I was feeling, Claire my dentist was so patient and explained everything, her assistant held my hand all the way through, safe to say I registered myself for all my treatment here, I’m hoping my fear of dentists is coming to an end! The staff here are brilliant, Thankyou

   Although we had to wait a little bit longer the reception staff were very helpful and made my son feel at ease. The dentist was very friendly and overall we had a very good experience. Would definitely recommend to parents, especially as our son has special needs and was treated with care. Your staff are exceptional and customer service is great.

   I contacted the team at Pontefract Dental Care after a filling came loose, and after doing my homework by browsing through several dental surgeries online - and, boy, did I choose the right one. They had a great number of excellent reviews - and I'm not surprised! From Carly who explained everything fully and kindly, to Sean, who undertook my appointment, my experience was first-rate and so reassuring. Sean spent time giving me a thorough dental examination, a treatment plan and advice for the way forward. I've signed up to their practice plan and won't be looking anywhere else for my dental care. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I'm in very safe and expert hands. 100% recommended.
