   CONS: Overpriced when paying for parking as well, dirty communal areas, constant smell of weed in the hallway which seeps into the apartments, loud if windows open, small lift and hallway (difficult to move in), some questionable neighbours (police called several times on a couple who lived next door). PROS: good location, you can't really hear the neighbours through the walls, CCTV cameras present in communal areas, apartments have a clean basic modern look.

   Changed management companies to Livingway last year and has improved since then. Janine is really nice and helpful. Parking is optional. It is £50 a month on top of rent. Overall, good for a town centre apartment. PROS: 1. Location - Walking distance to shops, trains, buses, and green spaces. 2. Thick concrete floors and triple glazing so it's well insulated and warm. 3. Very quiet when the windows are closed, especially if you have a flat next to a smoke vent cupboard. CONS: 1. Location - Being next to the motorway and an ambulance station means it's extremely noisy almost 24/7 when you open the windows. 2. No space/plumbing for a washing machine, no on-site laundry facilities. 3. Fairly small lift and narrow corridors make it difficult to move in larger furniture. 4. Need to call a "free" number to get the car park gate to open but it doesn't work if you have no credit on your phone. There is a code but you have to get out the car to key it in because for some reason the keypad is on the other side.

   Problem when entering building because of the smoke and smell of weed. Lift is always grubby with a sticky floor, whenever I visit

   Expensive with having to pay for onsite parking. There is no regular cleaning of the entrance to the building and inside or main elevator. The south london estate management who maintain the building are not the friendliest. The pros are the redrock venue with gym, movie theater and pizza express. The princess square, high street mall is a mere 3 min on foot. Access to m60 ring road just up the road.

   This is where my partner lives, really nice comfy one bedroom flats!! Kitchen comes with cosy living room too. Would recommend to live here if working around Stockport city centre area.. although a bit expensive so make sure to have some money saved up before buying a flat here. Have a nice day x
