Good experience, great team. Special thanks to Melissa for being a superstar - not just a salesperson, but being personally so lovely & kind too. And to Julia for persisting for so long!

My review: Scammers interested only in money. Complete lack of professionalism, they only respond when they need something. We rented an expensive apartment that right after we moved in turned out to have dozens of defects. Unfortunately, after signing the contract you as a tenant are completely ignored. There's no phone number or email address but is system working only against you. Our only contact was some forms we filled out countless times, and no one responded for long time. When someone finally did, after months of trying to contact them, it was only to demand the same things we'd already sent. Our apartment had over 40 defects, and they requested videos for each one, like cold radiator! After receiving them, they again didn't respond for weeks. For example it turned out that almost all the doors had broken handles, but the landlord decided it wasn't important and my partner had to fix them so we could at least open and close the door. Half the light bulbs didn't work, and the contract stated that all of them had to be working when we moved out or we have to pay some sick money. When the washing machine broke, we didn't have one around month until we brought our own, because according to the company, the landlord didn't have the money to fix it. But we still had to pay the same money for the apartment. We lived there for a year and a half, and we spent almost the entire time on repairs and trying to contact someone from this company. I could write a book about how ridiculous it was. After we moved out, of course, they tried to keep big part of our deposit, accusing us of things that were already there when we moved in, like a moldy bathroom or a damaged shelf, which they documented with photos before we moved in. It took us three months to get our deposit back, and not even all of it, because according to them, they found a hair, not ours, and it needed a deep clean.Just circus! After demanding the money, they stopped responding to emails, no discussion, no contact. It's funny, because we left the apartment in much better condition than we found it. Clean and repaired. But it was exactly as we expectedβone big scam. Finally, we found out that the owner of the apartment works for this agency, and their response was always that the owner was unavailable. Just shocking. Even leaving the keys after moving out is like looking for treasure without map, as there's no contact with them and their instructions lead nowhere. However, they showed interest in viewing the apartment three weeks after we moved out. It's a good thing it's still this year. I don't know how this agency even exists. P.S. If they respond to this review, it will undoubtedly be rubbish like all this agency. I advise everyone to stay away. It was nightmare of my life. I don't want to remember that I ever had anything to do with them. Disgusting practices.

My son Phil Johnstone is in the process of purchasing a house in Stretford. Sadly due to a brain injury Phil needs the help of his parents and relies on those he deals with to be patient and understanding. Your colleague and employee, Melissa Lawrence has been absolutely amazing in this regard. From the very first moment Phil enquired about the house with estate agents, he felt reassured and confident in their ability to deal with him. Melissa was wholly responsible for Phil feeling this way.. Not only was Melissa professional, knowledgeable and informative in her field of work but she had such a genuine, caring and sympathetic approach. She has gone the extra mile and beyond in helping our son. In a time when cut-throat tactics are employed we are so very grateful that Melissa is dealing with Phil's house purchase. Though we are still in the early stages, I am confident in Melissa's ability to help this through to completion and I can say hand on heart that it was due to Melissa's personal, skills and fellow feeling that Phil entrusted this new chapter of his life into her hands. Thank you Melissa you are a huge credit to Quay Property and an absolute asset to those who have the pleasure to employ you. Thank you. Lee and Yvonne Johnstone

Hey Iβm incredibly grateful for the support I received from H ( Huzaifah Bhamjee) throughout the entire process of buying my home. From the very beginning, they were patient, helpful and attentive to every detail. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, guided me through each step, and made sure I felt confident in every decision. Thanks H ... you are an amazing agent and they are lucky to have you in their teamβ₯οΈ Best wishes

Mr. H Bhamjee in Quay Property help me a lot than I expected in my deal to find a property. H Bhamjee is of good attitude, enthusiastic and professional when performing his duties. I would highly recommend H Bhamjee as well as Quay Property to whom is looking for properties.

H and the team did a fantastic job selling my property in Salford quays. H did a fantastic job of marketing the property which resulted in many offers over the asking price. The team have great communication and I felt they were really fighting my corner when dealing with slow solicitor firms with buyers.

Was interested in one of their properties to let. The automated system when you call their number is absolute rubbish and tells you to fill out a form instead of connecting you to the right people. When I did eventually get a call from an agent, she was rude and demeaning. Edit: It seems apparent that whoever is responding to the bad reviews likes to make excuses for their behaviour. Any problem with my application does not warrant terrible customer service to anyone. There are better agencies than this company. Save yourself from the pain from dealing with these people

I understand we were late by 10 minutes but Mr. H was extremely rude and condescending. He also taught me how to read my mails. Iβm okay with that as I was late by 10 minutes but I wonβt tolerate disrespect and rudeness. We were in and out of the house in 3 minutes. How would you decide in 3 minutes? Who makes back to back appointments in realtor business? As a customer I want to see and feel if I could live in the house but Mr.H made it easy. No more quay properties for me. If possible ask him to read how to treat a customer properly. If I can I would give zero stars.

I recently sold a property I'd had as an investment in the Quay's, I'm remote in California, but the team @ Quay Properties we're easily able to work around that, did a great job finding buyers and took care of the entire process with myself being remote. Well recommended team, detail focused and offered a great service.
