Living here has honestly been such a lovely experience so far! The whole team is amazing and always goes the extra mile to make everyone feel welcome. A big shout-out to Magda, Josh, Foad, and Grace at reception, they’re always kind, friendly, and happy to help with anything. It really feels like being part of a little community here rather than just a building. Also, a huge thank you to Donna for keeping the co-working spaces, media room, and all the communal areas spotless, everything is always so clean and well looked after. There are also some planned gatherings, events, and campaigns that make the community feel warm and friendly, it truly feels like home. Special thanks to Management team for their support and for making everything run so smoothly.

The FOH Magda and Jack are amazing and super helpful whenever I need anything. Night FOH need improvement as we’ve only had agency staff recently which impacts service charges and when our actual FOH is here, they aren’t at the front desk. Other than that and a couple of service charge issues, I’ve no complaints! Super nice building to live in with really nice sociable people. Again, Paulina, Donna and day FOH team are amazing and super friendly. They even put on events for us residents here every now and then.

I moved in, in July 2023. They gave me a full tour and there was also a booklet that explains everything in detail. It's the best place I've ever lived. It has everything I could need, washer dryer, dish washer, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and more, everything is electric so there's no gas bill. Internet is already installed so you just need to choose which company to connect to. The place is very secure requiring fobs to enter the building, it's all very modern and well designed. The concierge team are very friendly and happy to help day and night. The cleaning lady does a great job. I love being welcomed home by a different fragrance in the hallway. I love it here Public transport is less than 5mins away. The scenery is great, the streets are cleaned on a regular basis and there's security patroling the area. Only downside is that there's no parking, there's 16 parking spaces here that you have to pay with your apartment. I have a bike so it doesn't effect me but I thought I should mention it as it could be a deal-breaker for other people

1 month into the new property and I’m very disappointed! The apartment itself is lovely, however, the move-in process has been horrible and completely ruined my experience as a first time buyer. When we had the home demo there was an error message on the air ventilation, meaning it was not working. After being informed by Marcia that this should be on constantly to ensure clean air is pumped in and and moist air pumped out. We were informed that this would be raised as an urgent issue. After multiple calls to various departments, trying to find the “right person” to deal with the issue, I finally was in touch with the head of the “after care” team. To be informed that I need to wait for the manufacturer to order a part. There are various issues within the property that have been raised, and are still waiting for resolution, even those that have been given a seven day deadline, I have been waiting almost 3 weeks and I have not had an update or any correspondence from the relevant to resolve! It seems that once you’re in the property they forget about you. Any issues raised are not their priority. I have a toilet flush that does not work, chips throughout my property and uneven flooring, the fire door doesn’t close property and blinking lights, to name a few. I would not recommend buying a property at high definition, MediaCityUK, unless you’re prepared for faults upon faults and to chase week after week for updates, with no resolution in sight! For a first time buyers experience, this was not a nice one.
