   Fabulous service from the Hale team at Hibbert Homes. Very happy with the polite and efficient handling of our house sale. Our move has been a little bumpy with our original buyers pulling out, but Claudia has been great - she kept us calm and reassured us, and within a day we had several viewings lined up and we secured a new buyer 48 hours later!    I am so happy with the service I have received from Hibbert Homes, particularly from Claudia Milne. She has been always very quick with the communication, requested several viewings even after my offer accepted. Her contact with me was very helpful as I was all by myself in this process, trying to move a family from overseas. She responded to all my queries promptly and kept the communications between the vendors and me really well. I would strongly recommend the service from Claudia. She has also passed me all information regarding checking electricity and gas, and suggested me local services for renovation. I felt like I am getting a really good service and support. This was very good for me, especially as a women and mother, who have not dealt with home buying issues at all previously. I would definitely work with her again, and with Hibbert Homes for employing such a dedicated staff.

   After experiencing a living nightmare for the last few months trying to find a suitable rental property (and having one fall through one week before we were due to move in), I truly was at my wits end when I finally found our perfect home with Hibbert Homes! Sophie Booth has been lovely and really accommodating throughout the process of getting our rental sorted. We have only just moved in but I am delighted at the attention to detail and how good of a condition the property is in. In my experience, rentals are usually a second thought for estate agents (which I understand as obviously they aren’t as lucrative as property purchases) but we’ve felt really looked after and thought about which has just been so nice, especially at such a stressful time. We even got a little box of treats when we picked up the keys, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. I hope to buy my own first property in the near future and would definitely look at Hibbert Homes as I know I can trust them!

   The best real estate company I have dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful responsive agents helped us find a new rental in Hale. Sophie arranged a viewing instantly after providing an expression of interest and we managed to view the property a few hours later. She then managed to quickly secure the property for us the next day! The agents also provided us with a nice gift pack on our move in date, welcoming us to the area which was a nice touch. Highly recommend.

   Very good experience with Hibbert Homes. They were very accommodating to the idea of virtual viewing from the first place, which was a great help as we lived 200 miles away from the property. Special thanks to Damian, who was very patient during the virtual viewing, and was a great deal of help in the process of securing the tenancy, not to mention him being very professional, approachable, responding to our emails and queries and never made us feel that we were asking too many questions. One of the major points that could stop me from going ahead with a property even if I liked it is how the agency manages the applications and commutations with applicants, and in this case I would say it was a very good experience and this has encouraged us to proceed.
