One of the staff members, Josh Aston, took me to the staff office and kindly bent me over the table and filled my crumb. This was an amazing experience, speak to Josh if you’d like this same sensual treatment, he hit my spot so perfectly.
Shoes where awful but a lovely young man Olly he helped me get them on as my feet as I struggle to bend over, it did take him a minute but he got there in the end.
Purchased a pair of boots on the 6th Feb by the 13th March the sole had come off the right boot. Took the boots back to complain and was told I could exchange or have a refund, as the boots I had purchased were no longer available I chose some shoes, I was told I had to return the faulty boots and therefore as I had no other footwear I had no choice but to wear the new shoes back to my car. The new shoes rubbed so much the skin came off my right foot and walking was painful, the next day I took the shoes back but was told I could not have a refund or another exchange as I had wore the shoes for all of 10 minutes! so another new pair purchased, hopefully these will last longer than 6 weeks! cheap shoes, cheap quality, and in the long term a better investment is a better pair of shoes!
Came in looking for school shoes for my daughter. ... shes currently on the way to being diagnosed with autism so we was having a very tough time with finding a shoe she liked and she became very tearful and overwhelmed. Lady in shoe zone (I didnt get her name) was amazing she went above and beyond spoke to my daughter with so much patience and understanding and whent upstairs and got every pair of ankle boot she could find in the right size and brought them down. My daughter picked a boot straight away and she left with a smile on her face I can not thank the lady enough!

Shoes faulty. Refused a refund . Told it was MY fault.. Customer service do not answer the phone. live chat is a joke and head office just ignore you.
