Imagine a Shoe Store where you’d walk in and be helped straight away. This was my experience here, no standing around trying to get the staffs attention at all. A huge selection to choose from and super comfortable to wear. The prices aren’t super expensive either. Highly recommended.
Nice shoes staff was polite but only problem was they are not just taking care of you they disappear. And then you have to walk around looking for someone to help you which isn't great .
Despite returning all of the shoes we ordered, they were not wrong or broken just surplus to requirements. The 2 pairs we ordered in were dropped to store quickly. We were served by a young lady called Rachel who was extremely helpful and friendly plus there were a few managers that helped us who were also friendly efficient
Staff are amazing! Measaured my baby's feet and advised on size and style. Didn't have to wait at all to be served. Will be my new go-to for my baby's shoes.
I returned a Christmas present from my husband, slippers both right footed and too small! As yet no problem waiting for refund. To the lady who has the left ones I do hope you've taken them back lol.

My son and I just experienced some incredible customer service at Shuh in Maidstone. We dealt with 3 member of staff, all 3 were incredibly polite, helpful and friendly. Such a joyful shopping experience, even after the ongoing stress of the pandemic. If only all shopping was as friendly and helpful as this. Shuh Head Office - take note of these staff - they should be commended!
Great service from Charlie this morning. Very helpful, efficient, friendly and polite. Very different service from the usual pushy sales people. Charlie's efficiency made my unplanned shopping experience very short and pleasant, exactly what I needed as I was short on time this morning. Only went in to enquire about a pair of shoes I saw in the window but came out with two pairs. Very happy customer. Thank you ever so much Charlie.
