   I was at this stor for the first time on 28th December 2024. When I was browsing and trying shows there was no staff available for support. The recept has the time of payment 14.55 and the user number 271875. I left the store with a bitter taste after the interaction with your cashier. First I paid for a pair of boots shoes and a bag and a minute later - 14.56 - I paid for the shoes care service. After the waterproofing service was finished, the cashier handed me the boots in the box and I asked for the bag, she looked at me with an attitude and said that bags are not free. I said I paid for the bag and she gave me a bag rolling her eyes and showing an attitude unacceptable in customer service. I processed to walk and realised the recipient was in the shoe box. I took that out and showed her. She replied ok and I asked her for an apology for talking to me like I was trying to steal a 20 p bag. She said sorry rolling her eyes again, not even trying to change her face expression. This is not about a 20p bag, this is about the level of customer service and respect for the customer.

   Poor customer service and experience, not only that supervisor looks like would like to bite your head off I wouldn't recommend speaking to her. Rude is understatement. Buying anything this days is laxury and not necessity, easily can be done in place where I can be welcomed with just a simple smile and "sure I can help", after I did ask for help. If ther was mark for poor service, this place should have it. I did try to give them chance and went back few times. No, it was not bad day thing, its bad attitudes!

   Plenty of options in terms of shoes, competitive prices.... Trust me you will be spoilt for choice, i loved that it's a big shop plenty of space to move around.

   Beautiful shoes. Wide variety available. There is definitely something for everyone and they are rather affordable. They had such amazing sales when I was there and so everyone got a shoe. And the customer service? Topnotch

   Decent selection and at reasonably affordable prices. I've encountered no particular issues with the store. Only moan, they don't have many walking boots / gum / rubber shoes in stock (if any) last time I looked. Many well known brands are in there as well

   Had a glimpse of the shop after lockdown. I am happy to see so many sales and beautiful shoes. Today I bought a shoes for my great niece, I sent a picture and she can't wait to try it on. Staff are very cheerful and helpful. I will definitely come back for more sales.
