   What a fantastic company! Superb customer service (doing what they can to come as early and quickly as possible- fixing washing machine so that we can continue to get through the mountains of washing that a 4 year old and 1 year old produce!). Honest, efficient, friendly and very professional. Will continue to return to them whenever we need repairs and will look to shop new products with them too!

   Excellent service. All details taken during the initial phone call to request an engineer to look at my broken washer. Explained call out cost. I got a confirmation e mail of appointment, a text message when the engineers were on their way. Machine blockage sorted and working again in no time. Also sent an e mail receipt for card payment right away. Will definitely keep the number handy for future use.

   The on switch on my washing machine broke. I rang Aztec domestics and a very helpful lady ordered me a new part and arranged a date to be fitted. The part was delayed (not Aztec's fault) and a new date arranged. The next day the fitter rang to say he could fit the part earlier than planned which was great for me. A very good local firm who look after their customers.

   Can’t recommend this company highly enough. We called into the shop on Saturday to ask if they could repair our integrated microwave. Engineers came on Tuesday and told us they would have to order a new part. It only took a couple of days and they had the new part and installed it on Friday. We found the whole company very professional and efficient and will definitely use them again if needed.

   My oven stopped working on Monday so called Aztec to see if they could send someone out to have a look. Earliest appointment was Friday afternoon of the same week so not a long wait really, nothing I couldn't cope with. Received an email to confirm date and time slot (between 12 and 5). Reminder email received the day before and a text to advise the engineer was 2 miles away. Very pleased with the communication from Aztec. Paul (electrical engineer with 40 years experience) was my engineer and was very professional, clean and tidy. He diagnosed the problem with my oven before he'd even looked at it, it was the element which had also caused my electric to trip. Paul removed the element and showed where it had blown. He had the parts he needed in his van and fitted a new element there and then. All in all he was with me for about 20 mins. Very well priced as well. Would definitely recommend Aztec and will definitely be calling them again should I have any other issues. Thanks Paul and Aztec!
