   We originally paid for a new bathroom in July. We were informed the refurbishment would start in approximately 6 to 8 weeks. Work actually started in october. The bathroom was stripped out on Tuesday. the new bathroom was delivered Wednesday all except the tiles and the bath. After phoning wickes several times the bath was eventually delivered on the Friday, left on the drive by the delivery driver who refused to help carry it into the house. The attachment for the towel rail were ordered incorrectly and the tap didn't fit the sink. After phoning wicks several times I was informed that I would have to pick them up myself. We are now in November and the bathroom is still not Finished. I understand that we all make mistakes, but wickes answer to their mistakes, is to tell me, or the fitter, who did a good job despite the issues, to resolve them. The idea of paying wicks to undertake the refurbishment of my bathroom was so I didn't have to project manage the job, unfortunately this wasn't the case spending alot of time on the phone to wickes and the fitter.

   Called in for building materials, floor tiles and adhesive, we managed to buy everything needed for the job and was offered next day delivery. The young sales girl at this store is Megs, she is very knowledgeable helpful and professional, she deserves a positive review 10 out of 10

   Brilliant service, we were really pushed for time so I rang in advance and a friendly staff member got our order out really for when we arrived. Despite the website saying they had stock of what we wanted online, they didn't in reality, so they reduced the price of a similar product for us by quite a significant amount because they admitted it was a mistake on there end and we had travelled quite a distance. A brilliant range of homeware, paint, DIY, wood products etc. I would definitely recommend it, because from what I've bought from them I've found them to be incredibly reasonably priced as well compared to other DIY companies.
