   Absolutely appalling service and incredibly rude treatment from the boss. I attended today for my patch test as scheduled. I had paid for parking and brought my daughter along, walking a considerable distance to get there. Upon arrival, I was informed that my main appointment booked for tomorrow would need to be cancelled - despite the fact that I had already made childcare arrangements specifically for that appointment. The complete lack of consideration for my time and arrangements was bad enough, but the boss was also extremely rude throughout. No apology, no attempt to accommodate me, just dismissive and unprofessional behavior. I wasted money on parking, time, effort getting there with my child, and now I’m left scrambling to either cancel my childcare or find another salon at short notice. This is no way to treat customers. The poor communication and rude attitude from management make this place impossible to recommend. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

   Clean facilities and a professional and kind beautician. Not the best wax I’ve ever had but the best in the area so far. I’d recommend and return although parking is a pain.

   I have had Calgel nails here they are the best nails I have ever had, my nails have grown and haven’t got damaged.. staff are very friendly and welcoming and if u love cats u may get the chance to meet Mr Grey.. they do get very busy, so sometimes it’s hard to get appointments.

   Been here today to have an eye brow wax and tint. Only £15. The lady in charge was very polite, and friendly. A great job was done. I felt happy and relaxed. The salon is very sterile, and decorated beautifully. Will be back again:)
