   Worst customer service ever! Never heard any salesperson talking so rude to customer! Ya'll need to employ people who have good communication skill. Me and my friend went to Aarz London for buying some sandal this evening, she was very enthusiastic about this place as I have been telling here about the designs and options here. When I asked one of the sales women this about my size for a pair of sandal which I genuinely liked she literally replied saying this is your second time to this shop and I am not going to reply you if we have got your size for this pair, as I have already replied you the last time you were here, she thereby go on saying coming twice within a week wont change our stock. To this I replied saying ,' Sister whom am I going to ask about the availability then?' And she goes like its written there just check it by yourself!!!!!What a rude way to talk to a customer , I am a regular customer at Aarz London Ilford Lane but this was extremely disappointing, me and my friend just walked out your place deciding we are Never Everrrrr coming back here again! My point of sharing this entire incident is not to prove how us walking out your store made you loose £40-£50 , its about how keeping staff as such may ruin your reputation at the market! X

   Beautiful collection of jewellery but a negative experience visiting there. When I have been there before they were fine but today I couldn’t complete my transaction as they were mopping so I was asked to keep moving to different areas of the shop. How am I going to pay if I am not near the cash register! And why are the mopping midday, after opening on one of the busiest days for the asian community? Expensive too but the quality seems worth it. Wont be visiting back because of the way the man spoke to me, the older man seemed lovely but had been asked to move around 4 times at that point so got sick of moving.

   Bought 2 pair of shoes first time from this store prior to travelling abroad in first week of use one pair devided in two pieces meant sole was separated from upper part was poorly glued hence quality of shoes was so poor made me embarrassed in front of family and friends for such rubish stuff I can't believe that a high street shop sells such kind of substandard and scrap stuff upon my arrival in uk i contact the store but they streight way refused exchange or refund despite viewed condition of shoes . I will not recommend this shop also never go back to this store .
