Don't use this dentist, the horrible receptionist told me I will have to pay for my treatment, even though I'm on benefits and don't have to pay, every time I have been they give me a form to fill in, but this time she said if you don't know why you don't have to pay, then you will have to pay!!! Every time I have been to them, they make my teeth even worse!!! They are total rubbish!!! I would avoid them, they are the worst dentist I have ever been to!!! Absolutely rude she was, in front of a waiting room full of people!!! So now I have toothache and no longer have a dentist!!! Dont know who she thinks she is!! But her people skills are total crap!!! Thanks a lot!!! They should not even employ people like her!!!!

Extremely disappointed with his dentist. Had no problems with them in the last 10 years until now. Tried to change my partners appointment. He works night shifts and was stuck in London and wouldn't make it back in time. Receptionist was very rude and said he has to change the appointment himself. I explained the situation and she said he has to do it. I stated I would like an email address to submit a formal complaint. Apparently, they don't have an email. So my partner now has no appointment booked in. I will be taking this further.

We have been patients at this dentist for a number of years now and the care has always been outstanding. The dentists, nurses and admin staff are very professional and polite, and make every effort to ensure that care is inclusive for all and delivered to an extremely high standard. Kate Waldron is our dentist and provides care that really is of the highest standard, she shows compassion, patience and understanding. As someone who has feared dental care for much of my life I can honestly say that fear has resolved, and we feel very lucky to have such fantastic care.

Great until they decided to not allow anyone to make an appointment for anyone else over the age of 18. The receptionist told me that “if he’s over 18 he can make an appointment himself” in the most condescending tone, without knowing the reason why he hasn’t called himself (how did she know he doesn't have a disability that stops him accessing the phone). She did not ask for his name so she had no way of knowing. She then told me my partner can make his own appointment on his break/lunch when I said he’s working so can’t call. She has no clue what his working hours are or what his job is! Not accommodating in the slightest. My partner is now going elsewhere for treatment.

Kate's been fantastic, asks lots of questions and gives good sound advice. Always careful when cleaning and doesn't feel like you're being rushed. Assistants and reception staff always polite and professional.
