   Since collecting my car, the brakes have been far worse than before. In fact, they were better off broken than after the so-called repair. The work carried out has clearly not been done correctly, and it has left my car in an unsafe and dangerous condition. I am extremely disappointed with the standard of service provided. Chris has demonstrated a lack of care and competence — and I believe my vehicle has been seriously compromised as a result.

   Called in for a quote on my Mums car. Took the details and NEVER came back with a reply. Not VERY GOOD in my opinion. Gave the work to the garage 200 metres up the road who replied with their quote within an hour of calling. That's how businesses should be run. 1 less and others who won't be coming to you again. EVER. 1 Chance in my world.

   My first move away from a main Honda dealership for my car's MOT and service. Following a recommendation I booked into Storforth Lane Garage. I am very pleased with the service received, it was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable at a reasonable price. I will definitely use again. Thanks Michael.

   Took my car in for it's MOT 17/01. Had to call twice to find out if it had been finished, after the second call they let me know it had failed but couldn't fit me in for at least 2 weeks if I wanted it fixed and re-tested. When I came to collect my car, the lady in the office couldn't find my paperwork as the details for the car were incorrect. I then expressed my concerns about not being able to re-test with the older gentleman who was extremely rude and dismissive, which ended in him laughing at me and walking away. The lady in the office then continued to be rude so I paid my bill and left. To cut a long story short - do not use if you're unsure whether your car will pass it's MOT (which most people can't guarantee), as they cannot promise to fix it within a short period of time. AVOID AVOID AVOID

   Friendly, quick, very high quality at a fair price. I've been looking for a garage after my last one closed and now I've found it! And it has 2 cafes within 30 yards so you can drop your car off and get a bacon butty...!
