   We’ve just finished a tenancy with Home and honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough! After a really difficult experience with a previous agency, I was quite nervous about starting a new tenancy. However, Home completely exceeded my expectations. Lisa was an absolute pleasure to deal with, always friendly, incredibly helpful, and quick to respond whenever I needed support. She made the entire process, from moving in to moving out (and everything in between), completely stress-free. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent through Home again. I’d happily recommend them to everyone!

   We were initially going to do our sale through an online estate agent and are so pleased we opted to go with Home Estate Agents instead. During the initial valuation Nick was patient with our millions of questions and gave us honest feedback about the market etc. Within a month we had received an offer at asking price. We were purchasing a house across the country and ended up being in a very long and complicated chain. Nick worked tirelessly to move things along and did more than any of the other agents put together! I could always get through to speak to one of the team if I called and emails were answered rapidly too. I would highly recommend Home Estate Agents and would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Lisa was wonderful and quick to answer any questions we had (and we had many). We were so nervous with the whole application process but she was very reassuring at every stage and never made us feel stupid.

   We have bought and sold through Home in recent years. Nick and the team are professional, knowledgeable and approachable. I would recommend them to anyone. Nick already had buyers lined up for our house so it never even went to market. You can't get better than that. Nick even dealt with some of our post admin after the sale had gone through. 5 stars all day!

   Nick and Simon both did a great job in advertising and then getting us an offer on our home. However, they did even better with dealing with our pushy buyers nearly every day and finally getting the solicitors to talk to each other and agree on a completion date! We only wish we had used them to buy our new home too.

Both Simon and Nick were great, really nice people and very good at their jobs. It was a pleasure to sell our house with them they took care of everything and recommended a great solicitor too.    Nick and Simon dealt with the sale of my late Uncle's house very professionally and efficiently, yet in a friendly and patient manner. Nick's valuation was spot-on for a prompt sale. He also assisted my family beyond the call of duty, by keeping an eye on the empty house during the process (because we no longer live in Manchester) and even assisting in the sale of my late Uncle's car, when he personally met the 'Tyre Kickers' on our behalf. The whole process took 6 weeks from the moment the property was marketed to Completion. Job well done.
