Catherine in particular has gone above and beyond what you might normally expect from an estate agent, by being helpful in some real moments of need due to unforeseen circumstances. Not so much going the extra mile, but running a marathon !! Whilst I was geographically remote from the location of the property which was sold, Catherine made it seem as though I was living next door.
