   Staff was nice and friendly, clean and tidy. The Deluxe seats are really uncomfortable, will not get them again. The lazy boys are better.

   Comfy seats, food very expensive and treats the same. The pricing needs to be addressed to give all a chance to visit. Families must struggle affording a trip here with more than one child.

   Cinema within itself is lovely however there is barely any service in the surrounding area and a disclaimer would be nice about the parking as there is near to NONE it takes at the minimum 10 minutes of driving round in circles to find and empty car spot however on this occasion I had a movie booked for 14:30 arrived at the carpark at 14:05 , low and behold it turned 14:35 and I was still stuck in the carpark traffic circling round looking for a spot

   Myself and my wife visit view cinema at Middle brook quite a lot.. We like the experience and the reclining seats.. However we went this week to see a film and didn't have the greatest experience.. We didn't have time for tea before hand due to work.. So when we got there we got a chop sticks before entering.. I thought I'd be able to enjoy my tea in the cinema as we have seen people previously eating it in the cinema before.. We queued up n got our popcorn and drinks, we then went and got some pic and mix.. I put my bag down on the counter with my chopsticks in while we chose our pick and mix.. To which a cinema member of staff came over and started nosing in my bag which I considered to be very rude and unprofessional.. We then went to go into the cinema screen and I was told you wasn't allowed in with chopsticks, baring in mind other people take it in.. When we told the lady this her reply was well they must have sneaked it in.. She said we don't allow hot food in the screen areas.. Even though they allow you in with hot dogs and nachos which they sell which are hot food.. We then got to our seats and there was popcorn all over them so they obviously hadn't been cleaned prior to that evening.. I just think it's very appalling and upsetting when your spending a lot of money in there to be treated in that way

   A great big cinema with lots of restaurants and the clinging chair is the best bit for viewing movies. The stereo sounds are good, definitely will come again.

   There are plenty of car parking spaces, but they can get very busy. The Vue was clean and warm. The chairs are comfortable and wide. Wheelchair-friendly. Staff was polite and greeted us on arrival..

   Someone was sick all over the stairs next to us while we watched avatar yesterday. I went to report it and the young lad and girl working there came straight away to sort it. They were very efficient and attentive at cleaning it up, while being careful not to disturb people. They were friendly, hardworking and certainly don't get paid enough to clean other people's sick up! They deserve to be recognised for their hard work... so please can you thank them for us, as we would have had to leave the film otherwise!

   We love going to the cinema here. The recliner seats are brilliant. The seats are nice and spacious too. The vanilla milkshakes are fairly pricey but absolutely worth it. It's nice seeing films on the big screen. We use voucher via Vodafone of £7 for two tickets. Absolute bargain.

   Brilliant seats, not too cold like cinemas usually are, staff were lovely and patient. Was in screen 9. And toilets were at entrance-only downfall as I'm pregnant and had to run. X

   Went to watch Black Adam.....you can't beat watching films like this on the big screen. Great location for a cinema at Middlebrook Retail Park with plenty to do before you attend the cinema. The cinema provides great facilities and it's a great all round experience.....the only thing all cinema chains need to do is lower the cost of sweets and drinks
