   Bought a pair of shoes yesterday, they didn’t have my size in stock so the sales assistant JAKE said I could order them NEXT DAY DELIVERY (arriving today). I waited in all day for them and they never arrived. I used the online chat and they said the order was standard delivery not next day. I have tried to call the store and have had no answer despite waiting for over 15 minutes. Very misinformed by the store, management should be training the staff to not promise next day delivery if this isn’t guaranteed. I clarified this with Jake even after i purchased my shoes and he again confirmed they would arrive next day. Very poor service, no answer on store phone.

   Clean and tidy did take a long time to get trainers from the store room. didn’t have any bags for the two pairs of trainers I had just brought so had to carry the boxes.

   They sold me dirty shoes and when I went to refund/swap them the same hour of purchase, they refused and manager walked away mid discussion very rude. The shoes were slightly dirty when I received them and didn’t fit me, manager claimed they were not "sale ready condition" yet they happily sold me these pair… so you sold me dirty shoes that you wouldn’t take back as they are too dirty to sell??? Make it make sense. First and last time going to this place.

   Staff are well trained and serve with a smile. A really young team so props to the manager of the store who has obviously done a great job in training the team to provide a great consistent level of service. Lots of staff around too in the weekend and everyone approachable. They have scanners around their neck for quick stock checks which was helpful. Overall really impressed with how the store was run. Well done team lakeside.
