After taking my property down with another estate agent in the area, Millbrooke restored my faith and made me feel reassured in selling my property.    I cannot recommend Millbrooke enough, what a fantastic experience. Our journey was always going to be a hard one as we needed to sell two houses to be able to offer on our dream home they had advertised. From my initial call they have truly delivered in every aspect of their service. Nina has been an absolute gem throughout considering the complexities of our sales and purchase. Daryl came to both properties we wanted to sell and took real pride in our houses plus his work. The attention to detail and real life care made us feel at ease throughout the process. To the sales....both sold within 24 hours!!!! Couldn't ask for more, mainly due to the pictures and again their attention to detail. Our purchase. This wasn't the easiest of processes due to the vendors situation, but Nina and Daryl have kept us informed throughout and it's been an absolute please. We are very aware they have taken on a lot of our stress, but this is greatly appreciated. As much as we don't want to buy or sell a property again any time soon, there's only 1 place we will return. 10/10 and we will never use another agent again Thanks guys Ben, Kelli and kids ;-)

   We moved into a property managed by Millbrooke two months ago. I have to say, they are the best agents I have used. The move in process was smooth and well facilitated. They are super fast when responding to queries. We also needed some basic maintenance on the property and the booking system was easy to use and the work was done in excellent time. Millbrooke's staff are very professional and so far I'm very impressed.

   We recently signed up for a let only rental property through Millbrooke lettings and I dealt with Holly and Jade who were both really helpful and friendly. Jade was very responsive and answered all questions, and was able to get us into the property with no issues at all.    Holly and Jade at Millbrooke dedicated Lettings are an absolute credit to the company. Jade helped us over the phone to arrange the viewing and was happy to help with any enquiries - great customer service skills. Holly made us feel welcome and comfortable when viewing the property. She was very professional and answered all the questions that we asked her. Finding a property can be daunting and very difficult but they gave us a 5 star service and made the experience enjoyable for us, we can not fault anything about it! Huge thank you and we will definitely be recommending your company in the future.

   I can’t thank the whole team at Millbrooke dedicated lettings enough. I found myself in a difficult situation after the sale of a house and in desperate need of a short term let for my daughter and myself. I had been badly let down at the last minute by another local letting agent. I experienced disinterest and in some cases, shear rudeness from others. Daryl, Claire and Jade have been amazing throughout the whole process. They were quick to respond and just fantastic to deal with in general. I have had varying experiences with letting agents in the past. I can say without a doubt that Millbrooke Dedicated Lettings have been by far the best. I would happily recommend them. Thanks again.

   I have recently left an amazing property which was let to me and my partner from Millbrooke (it was a very reluctant move out of the area with work). From start to finish all of the team have been great, Jade, Daryl, Claire to mention just a few. Their communication has been great and everything that I have contacted them about has been dealt with superbly. The move in process was slick and easy, as well as the check out process. They have been flexible and accommodating in all our dealings (I really appreciate the tailored approach!). The staff are what makes a business like a lettings agency work, and they have found the perfect balance of being friendly, professional and reliable all at the same time. I wouldn’t hesitate to let through them again in the future!
