   Amazing Kitchen Experience At Magnet Chester - we have recently had our kitchen redone and Sophie and Jess helped us every step of the way. We had never had a new kitchen before and felt really out of our depth, but they took us through every step and showed us what options would be most practical (and beautiful) for our family. I was so surprised by the little bonus bits that I hadn't even twigged, like helpful pull out shelves in the corner cupboard, meaning I don't need to climb into the cupboard to find the tin at the back any more! They really tailored it to us - for example we wanted a standalone unit for a coffee machine which was tailored to our needs to be a bit narrower than a normal one, with an overhang on the worktop, just like we wanted it. Sophie really went over and above to help us work within our budget too which was really appreciated. The fitting service was incredible too - Bob and his team were a pleasure to have around and worked so efficiently. It was so exciting every day to come home and see what progress had been made. I'm sure it'll be a long time until we need another new kitchen, but when we do I won't be going anywhere else!

   We had a consultation and design appointment today with Sophie! She was absolutely incredible. So personable and creative in her designs. She had spend time looking at our house plans and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Magnet in Chester. The customer service is 5 star and the discounts are superb. If you're looking for a kitchen do not hesitate to go here.

   The Chester showroom is excellent. It showcases the range beautifully and it’s a good opportunity to see the Neff appliances and have a play. Sophie has been brilliant putting a surprisingly cost effective quote together! The missus is going to be thrilled with our swanky new kitchen.

   My wife and I visited Magnet after viewing Wren kitchens. We were astounded at the reception we received, nobody seemed to bothered to get out of there chair and come and talk to us. Eventually a Softly spoken young lady approached us, she did her best to answer our questions, but clearly didn’t have the experience or knowledge that we were looking for. She tried to involve who I think was a manager, the guy couldn’t even be bothered to leave his seat. We were looking for inspiration from a designer to help us with our once in a life time kitchen. My wife and I looked at each other and just headed for the door. We are building a new house, and we were looking at spending around £25-£30,000 on the kitchen. What’s wrong with these people, who picked them for this job. This was probably why the place was empty! We are now in final talks with Wren, what a different experience and pleasure to deal with.
