   After some serious research (:, I finally knew what to order. However popped into Duelm Chester to view the items before ordering. I liked what saw, new rug and bucket chair so spoke to a lovely assistant who ordered everything there and then. So easy and quick. Can't wait for the items to arrive. A very positive experience.

   If you need a home stuff at reasonable prices then look no further. The staff are friendly and the selection is wide ranging. Parking is no problem and there is a lift to get upstairs. The cafe is well attended and the prices are very reasonable.

   Drove today from North Wales for wallpaper for my little boys room, i couldn't locate it in store. There wasn't a single member of staff on shop floor, I headed upstairs & managed to find someone on mattresses. Who told me it was downstairs at the back of the store. (Which is fine) but honestly just shocked at the very little staff present for help/advice or guidance.

   Ordered, in store, two pairs of curtains from the luxury range, £200.00 plus. Good speedy service but you need to review the quality of your packing products. Not good enough for such heavy items, weak plastic bag split all across one end. The curtains could have fallen out. Curtains don’t appear to be damaged, but could easily have been. Delivered by DHL Although we were both in the house only indication they had been left in porch was the text message. Can’t have rung bell or knocked on door. Poor delivery.

   I don't like the layout of the shop. I went last week and it was an absolute mess. One of the issues is that they mix items of the same colour together, and things aren't labelled clearly. Customers also dump products which makes it even harder. In my opinion, the place generally lacks organisation. That being said, I eventually managed to get good quality curtains for cheap.

   Always full of customers, lots of variety in bedding, kitchen goods, lighting, soft furnishings, curtains and cushions. Great picture frames and choice of rugs. Can occasionally look a bit untidy but that's because of the number of customers. Pricing for be a bit more accurate... doesn't always tally with the goods(ie today i bought a new pillow and although it had a huge price tag that was attached/part to the packaging, they wanted to charge the new higher price. Clearly new stock is the increased price, but a bit disappointed that they are trying to cash in with old stock. Had to point out the packaging was less than the till said, however, checkout lady did change my bill. Still a shop i will visit for home goods for choice and good value.
