   Amazing customer by a young girl called Taylor I suffer from bad anxiety and coming to a shopping centre this big can be really overwhelming especially buying shoes for my very fussy teenage daughter Taylor went above and beyond especially picking up on how bad my anxiety was moving me to a quieter till as I had already had a bad experience with another member of your staff

   I visited this shoe shop today with my partner intending to buy a pair of shoes. When it came time to pay, the staff member asked whether I would be paying by cash or card, and I chose cash. After handing over the money, she reacted strangely, spoke to another staff member, and then checked only one of the notes with a machine. She then said she could not accept the cash and asked me where I got the money from, which I found to be an inappropriate and offensive question. I asked if she could check the rest of the notes, but she refused and would not allow us to complete the purchase. As a result, we left without buying anything. Very disappointing experience.

   Foot Locker Blue water was amazing. Great customer service and a lot more calm atmosphere than other similar stores at Bluewater where there was chaos but not much more choice. Plus point Foot locker also offers some great value foot wear.

   Worst customer service. They refused to exchange or refund the money for a pair of Nike air max 270 after its ripped on the side and got a hole on the nose. The manager said its general wear and tear after 5 months. As soon as I started a claim with Nike they sent a gift card for the price of the shoe with no questions asked. Footlocker is not trustworthy and not professional when it comes to handling enquiries.

   Very trendy store with all the latest lines. Was disappointed to see very obviously used trainers for sale in their sale section at only a tenner under the full price. On the plus side their selection of gear was good.

   Staff are friendly however gave me the wrong size trainers twice. The first time the person serving me asked for my size and i clearly said size 5 she went and bought out a size 6 and was adamant that i said size 6. She then went back and i had assumed shed heard me correctly and got me back a size 3. As i had thought she woulda got the right size after repeating it a few time i paid and left the store only to see i had been given size 3 kids size. Staff need to be trained on their listening skills. I was not happy to be coming home with the wrong size.
